        摘要：When it comes to the cognition of literary classics,thought depth is the dominant standard that the current college students value most,which not only runs through the process of college students reading literary classics,but also influences their evaluation on masters and masterpieces in literature."Minor literature"which includes film adaptation often undergoes deviation or misunderstanding of the original,and thus couldn’t replace the reading of literary classics itself,although it has played an important role in the popularization,massification and life extension of literary classics. Concerning the subversion of literary classics,most college students do not approve the parody and silly adaptation in the expectation that the purity and independent values of literary classics can be maintained.

        摘要：The Women’s Magazine（ 1915—1931） is one of the most famous female journals in the modern history of China. The original research about it was started in the 1980’s by scholars from Europe,Japan and China Taiwan. A total of 77 related papers have been published in mainland China academic circles since 2002. After2008,the study heat increased significantly. Existing research has involved ten subjects,with the study of history and sociology holding the dominant position. After 2005,all levels of science fund project began to fund research related to The Women’s Magazine. Among all the hotspots,the research of publication objectives,education,occupation,female image and marriage got higher attention. In recent years,the research of undesirable customs,costume culture,female body,Shanghai women’s leisure space and literature has also attracted the researcher’s attention,which shows the richness and complexity of The Women’s Magazine and a broader research space for researchers.

        摘要：张秀亚是台湾女性文学的重要奠基者之一,她曾于1938年考入天主教辅仁大学,1939年至1942年担任该校校园刊物《辅仁文苑》编辑,这期间的张秀亚在创作和生活方面有较大转变。考入辅仁大学之前,她的作品多是写实主义的创作风格,而在经过系统学习与民族命运巨大转变的背景之下,她的创作道路逐渐转向抒情散文化的描写,并且创作数量逐渐增多,在《辅仁文苑》上发表了十余篇作品。这期间还出版了两部宗教小说,成为当时备受关注的公教作家。同时,她还是一位尽职奉献的文学编辑。

        摘要：清初河朔地区的庙堂诗人,政治立场相同,宗法程朱的学术倾向亦较为接近,文字交往频繁,并且互相称誉品题,呈现出一定程度的地域意识。他们论诗以颂美上政为旨归,大力扬扢雅颂之音,崇尚温柔敦厚,顺应了新朝文治的现实需要,也促进了"文治"的进一步繁荣。在清初唐宋诗之争方兴未艾的背景下,他们固守唐诗的典范地位,对宋诗不无指摘;既认肯明代七子的成就,又破除其狭隘的视野,扩大师法范围,进而倡扬以"性情"为根柢,力求自出机杼。河朔庙堂诗人群体在诗坛的号召力,并不亚于同时同地的遗民诗人,影响了清初诗学思想发展的趋向。

        摘要：William Faulkner’s time art consists of the notion and the uses of time,among which the former refers to the views of time cultivated under the influence of the Southern culture; whereas the latter means the art of the relations among the past,the present and the future through Faulkner’s imagination and creation. Based on the self-consciousness,Lacan’s theory of subjectivity reflects the way that the self becomes subjectivity through the interaction between self and the Other as well as society and culture,providing a feasible,reliable and effective way to interpret Faulkner’s time art. With the help of Lacan’s subjectivity theory,it is clearly seen that Faulkner’s writing orientation in his works lies in the fact that the Southerners should set food on the present,never forgetting the past so as to have a bright future,indicating his great concerns about the past,the present and the future and providing the theoretical basis for the reader to appreciate Faulkner’s works.

        摘要：在当代国际关系理论中,新自由制度主义提出的"相互依赖"是一个重要概念,也是分析国际关系的重要理论范式。新自由制度主义把"相互依赖"界定为:国家之间或不同国家的行为体之间以付出代价的相互影响为特征的情形。"非对称性"是相互依赖的基本特征,国际合作则是相互依赖的必然结果。新自由制度主义的"相互依赖"理论给人们提供了一种观察和理解国际关系的新视角,是一种不同于现实主义的世界政治解释模式。当然,新自由制度主义并没有否定现实主义理论,而是认为两种理论可以相互补充。

        摘要：Insider trading,a thorny problem along with the development of capital market,is a serious illegal act that goes against the Open,Fair and Impartial Principles of capital market and damages the interests of investors.The development of capital market in our country is still in the junior stage; legal regulations on securities insider trading developed from the administrative penalties to criminal penalties. Securities Law sets clear regulations on key components and legal liabilities of securities insider trading. With the development of market economy in our country,the characteristics and illegal means of securities insider trading have been changing constantly,which puts forward new and higher requirements for administrative law enforcement and judicial review of securities insider trading cases. The prevention of securities insider trading needs laws,various measures and systematic control and ought to take the revision of Securities Law as an opportunity to strengthen the legal regulations of insider trading and create a healthy and legal market environment for our capital market.

        摘要：目前,网络监督内涵不清已严重阻碍我国网络监督的发展。对当前的观点进行梳理分析,从网络监督的对象、主体、网络自身的媒介性出发,网络监督应界定为民众对国家机关及其工作人员的行为通过网络发出投诉或举报信息,国家相关机关通过网络渠道介入、查证、处理、予以信息反馈,并对违纪、违法行为查处、纠正和追究责任的活动。进一步把握网络监督则应理顺网络监督关系和网络监督的分类。

        摘要：In order to understand better the characteristics of adolescents’ cognition of friendship,addressing words representing different people with different social relationships with adolescents were provided through computer to the adolescent participants. 211 participants aging from 9 to 15,graded in 4,6,and 8 participated in the experiment. They were asked to make judgment whether it is possible for two persons（ two words） to be friends. The results showed that:（ 1） Adolescents believed that two persons respectively with different social relationships with them were likely to form another relationship——friendship.（ 2） Adolescents’ judgement was influenced by the two persons’ background and their rank or bei（ generation）. Two persons sharing the same background,or with the same rank or bei（ generation） were more likely to be friends.（ 3） There were significant age differences in adolescents’ judgment of potential friendship. Adolescents in grade 8 were more likely to believe that two persons might become friends. Grade 8 is a key stage in the development of friendship cognition.

        摘要：The ecological protection and management measures of waterhead regions have improved the local ecological environment and water quality and at the same time brought huge ecological benefits,which are completely free,to the downstream regions. From the point of view of the fair development,the downstream regions need to compensate the upstream regions for their own benefits so as to make up for the ecological protection cost and arouse the enthusiasm of ecological protection. The evaluation research on benefits of ecological protection of waterhead regions can provide reference for the formulation of ecological compensation standards and to some extent enrich the content of the construction of ecological compensation system.

        摘要：近年来,网络同人女群体有了新的发展动态。通过问卷调查和网络访谈发现:同人女的年龄向未成年人发展的趋势明显;性描写是同人女阅读的一个兴趣点;网络文学的阅读以及线下活动是促使同人女向同性恋转化的一个因素。为此提出了加强网络净化、实行分级制阅读的策略。

        摘要：以济南市儿童福利院为例,通过对济南市儿童福利院孤残儿童寄养家庭的问卷调查以及对寄养基地、儿童福利院工作人员的深度访谈和半完全参与式的实地调查,研究孤残儿童家庭寄养存在的问题,主要包括寄养家庭与孤残儿童遴选制度实施不规范、寄养家庭与孤残儿童配对缺乏科学性、家庭寄养关系的中断或变更、寄养家长康复技能培训不足、家庭寄养社会资源整合不足以及相关法规政策不完善等,并分别从引入专业社会工作者介入家庭寄养工作、建立寄养家长常规培训制度以及建立国家、儿童福利机构、寄养家庭、社会四方良性互动的孤残儿童社会救助体系三个方面提出相应对策。
