        摘要：China has produced many regionally literacy classics,which go like Jian Xian-ai’s Guizhou Style,Wang Lu-yan’s East Zhejiang Style,Yezi’s Hunan Style,Xiao Hong and Xiao Jun’s Northeast China Style,Zhao Shu-li’s Shanxi Style,Sun Li’s Baiyang Lake Style,Mo Yan’s Northeast Gaomi Style,and Jia Ping-wa’s Shangzhou Style. Among then few were mentioned to the local Jinan literature,which forms a great literacy regret. The new era has seen the rise of excellent local Jinan writers,such as Zhang Zhen-sheng,Guo Zhen,Li Xiao-ping,Luo Zhu,Chang Fang,Liu Qiang,Liu Yu-dong,Niu Yu,etc.. This thesis aims to analyze and observe Jinan literature in 100-year-history,and to expore Jinan Image in the hope of inheriting and promoting the construction of the Literacy Jinan.

However,it is intended to visually express profound way individuals deep interact with the national culture."The body in the wheat field"carries the inherent conflict between traditional culture and historical development,and it has been transformed into a revolution and the revolutionary imagery by aesthetic practice of simplifying and stripping in the end.

        摘要：The proper use of address terms is of great importance to communicators. This study investigates the influence of context on speakers’ use of address terms through the analyses of all the address terms used by Pinger in the first 80 chapters of A Dream of Red Mansions from the perspectives of Sociolinguistics and Pragmatics.All the address terms used by Pinger are collected and categorized. Then the context is classified into background and situation contextual factors. Statistics analyses and examples in language materials indicate that the use of address terms is a complicated process of decision-making,which is influenced by various contextual factors. Background contextual factors are related to the stable states of speakers’ addressing. Situational contextual factors cause the changes in the speaker’s way of addressing a person.

        摘要：宋代东南地区的物资转输规模庞大,前贤对物资转输中转般法给予较多关注。直达法却未引起学者的足够重视。通过对直达法实施下的运路、配送地、运输主体和因配送地形成的区域四个方面进行的对比研究,可以发现两宋时期直达法的不同之处,尤其直达法对后世的漕运方式产生了较大影响。

        摘要：在今人眼中,古代家庭往往是一幅"父慈子孝、兄爱弟敬、夫和妻柔、姑慈妇听"的和谐画面,尤其是夫妻关系,即使不尽是举案齐眉、相敬如宾,也绝不会是同床异梦,甚至干戈相向。实际上这是一种误解,古代的夫妻因矛盾而冲突的不乏其例,柔情与冲突构成了夫妻琴瑟和鸣的两大主旋律。

        摘要：詹姆斯一世统治时期,面对各种印刷出版物对其政治、宗教政策的攻击,采取了多种方式的回击。包括亲自著述立说,阐述王权观念、宗教政策,命令大主教长期在各种公共广场焚烧异端书籍,以及颁布王室公告、任命官方审查员对新闻出版实施监管等。通过这些措施的实行,詹姆斯一世短期内达到了打击异己、巩固国教、提高君主权威、缓和国际关系等多重目的。

        摘要：Such administrative punishment or administrative restrictions on personal liberty as administrative detention,reeducation through labor,detention education,and etc. are all made by administrative organs. And they belong to the administrative action in nature. This kind of legislative policy and its practice in China has become a legal characteristic system component. It has made an enormous contribution to the maintenance of social order and social harmony. However,this kind of governmental policy of restricting personal liberty is in contradictory to safeguard personal liberty in a modern constitution,and affects a country construction process to the road of the rule of law. Recently,the eighteen session of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China at the Third Plenary Session issued "on comprehensively deepening reform of certain major issue decision",which proposes abolishing the system of reeducation through labor. The decision is of great significance for the implementation of China’s constitutional principle,promotion the cause of human rights protection; correspondingly,the other legislations on the restriction of personal freedom by the administrative authority should also be timely adjusted and reformed.

        摘要：按照刑事诉讼一般原理来讲,凡是知晓案件情况的人（包括侦查人员）都应出庭作证。侦查人员有可能是案件过程的直接目击者或经历者,也有可能是案件中证据的直接收集者、制作者或保全者。侦查人员出庭作证也是刑事诉讼直接言词原则的要求。如果侦查人员不出庭作证,仅仅通过情况说明对于案件事实或者证据收集过程进行证明时,就违背了直接言词原则,不利于非法证据排除,影响司法的公信力。侦查人员出庭作证在规范侦查活动、查明案件事实及保障程序公正等方面都具有重要的意义。

        摘要：随着科学技术的发展尤其是新科技革命的兴起,文化软实力与科学技术的联系愈来愈密切。作为知识形态的科学技术是文化软实力资源的重要组成部分。科学技术的发展产生了新的理论体系,丰富了文化软实力的资源。作为生产形态的科学技术是文化软实力产生和发展的技术基础。在晚期资本主义社会,科学技术不仅是生产力,而且是意识形态。作为意识形态的科学技术具有意识形态的功能。科学技术成为第一生产力,其本身成为衡量和评判社会发展的标准和尺度。一国在世界上拥有先进的科学技术也能产生文化软实力。资本主义国家利用本国发达先进的科学技术为资本主义制度的合法性和资产阶级统治的合理性进行辩护,提升资本主义国家的文化软实力。

        摘要：随着工业文明的发展,生态危机、社会危机和人类精神危机引起大家对社会可持续发展的广泛重视。低碳城市目前已成为新型城市发展和规划理论的有力支持和有效尝试。为了促进低碳城市建设,我们从低碳城市的内涵和研究现状出发,按照系统性、可行性等原则,并结合目前中国城市发展的现实水平,建立了三层次多指标的评价体系,该体系可以为政府的决策工作提供参考。融合了低碳经济发展的城市发展之路是中国特色经济发展的必然选择。

        摘要：幼儿教师职业道德是指幼儿教师为胜任本职工作而必须具备的用以判断职业行为的是非善恶并保证自己的职业行为的向善性的内部心理品质,具有超越性、现实性与指导性等基本特征。依据幼儿教师的工作影响的奠基性、工作对象的特殊性和工作内容的全面性等工作性质,将幼儿教师的职业道德维度设想为宏观层面的"以幼儿为本"的基本行为准则和具体层面上用来处理幼儿教师与职业的关系、与幼儿的关系、与同事的关系、与家长的关系以及处理各种教学关系的行为准则和行为底线。

        摘要：职称外语等级考试作为专业技术人员职称评定中的一个重要环节,在提高我国专业技术人员外语水平方面起到了重要作用。作为一项关系全国专业技术人员职称晋升的考试,近年来社会对职称外语考试进行改革的呼声越来越高。从教育测量学角度出发,探讨这项考试所考查的内容、考试形式以及在未来改革中需要注意的问题,以期更好地促进这项考试的发展,使职称外语考试更有利于我国专业技术人员外语能力水平的提高,更好地发挥其在职称评定中的作用。

        摘要：The core problem of the new urbanization is citizenization of the migrant workers. However,in terms of the current development situation,promoting the citizenization of migrant workers still exist many obstacles,among which the system fetter is the most difficult,such as the household registration system,employment system fetter,and the threshold of the social security system. Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the system design and arrangement,accelerate citizenization of the migrant workers,so as to realize the transformation of the new urbanization from quantity to quality.
