        摘要：Under economy financialization,we used the macroeconomic analysis framework which was derived from aggregate supply-aggregate demand model to explore the formation mechanism of commodity financialization. Moreover,we used VAR model to study the systematic relationship between commodities and macroeconomic factors. The excessive money will have a positive impact on commodities’ prices. In addition,we explain the new manifestations of the commodity markets from the aspects of both commodity spot market and derivative market under the influence of commodity financialization. In the end we conclude the above content and promote relative political suggestions to cope with commodity financialization.

        摘要：林穗芳（1929—2009）是当代中国杰出的编辑家与杰出的学者,本刊发表先生遗作《林穗芳自选集的编写说明及目录》和刘光裕《文章千古事,得失寸心知》两篇文章,对先生逝世四周年略表纪念之意。《林穗芳自选集的编写说明及目录》是作者晚年留下的一份谈论自己学术与作品的珍贵资料,刘光裕文章已作说明,读者当能注意。本刊愿与学界朋友合作推动林穗芳研究,尽绵薄以飨读者。

        摘要：After the introduction of Buddhism to China,the rulers advocated Buddhism and Buddhist followers were increasing day by day. Buddhism faith gradually stepped down people’s daily lives. From Tai Ping Guang Ji we can see that the Buddhist activities such as reciting,copying,carving and writting of the Buddhist Scriptures were in vogue. The secularization of Buddhism and Confucian culture from the classic text to the clan culture linked code of conduct of the whole society,the two process promoted each other.

        摘要：在美华人学者,由于其特殊成长经历以及无法割舍的母国情结,加之接受过较为系统而全面的西方学术训练,深谙西方的话语体系。故此,他们对中国发展道路的理解和解读往往有着有别于西方学者和国内学者的看法和观点。美国华人学者对于中国发展道路的解读主要有"自由资本主义成功的典范"、"中国特色的资本主义发展之路"、"注重实效的实用主义发展之路"、"具有中国特色的社会主义发展之路"等几种代表性的观点。就其解读而言,主要有注重探寻中国发展道路中的中国特质、主张整体性视角下的多维度研究、具有浓厚的问题意识和忧患意识等几个特点。对于美国华人学者的解读,我们应该具有中国式的立场和态度,即用中国学者的主体性态度进行审视,一方面必须看到他们的解读存在无法避免的偏差、误读甚或偏见,另一方面我们决不可因此而忽视他们的研究成果。建立在分析和批判基础之上的借鉴,以吸取对自身有益的营养,创立一种对中国特色发展道路的新的诠释思维和范式。

        摘要：Paul Auster experiments creatively on biography and autobiography in The Invention of Solitude. He firstly portrays the subject on the basis of biographical facts in line with the traditional historical or psychological approach,which gradually turns out to be invalid,and hence his unique search into the new approach of memory explaining. Auster actually abandons all possible artistic rendering techniques,be they the causal narration of facts or a complete structure,in quest for the primitive conscious,memory and thoughts. Finally,he finds rather than creates the real identity of the self.

        摘要：预设受话人的评价立场,达到成功的协商、意义传达目的,这一表达方式在语篇中常常出现。在不明受话者评价立场的情况下,把本身就需要协商的一重评价意义作为预设出现,这使得后续意义的传达更为通畅。发话人可以利用此种预设达到自己的发话目的,受话人很容易接受自己的"被立场",而在交流中受话人应避免被牵着鼻子走,正确理解发话人的意义。

        摘要：Network media,which has been thriving in contemporary society,is changing the environment and way of political socialization,affecting the content and function of it. Compared with traditional media form: newspaper,radio broadcast and TV,political socialization of network media is more prominent. Therefore,only with a correct understanding of propagation characteristics of the network media,could we grasp the law of development of network politics,deal with all kinds of challenges that network media brings,optimize its function as political socialization.

        摘要：化解社会矛盾、维护社会稳定是各级政府加强社会管理中最重要、最紧迫的任务。近年来,我国一些地区依托网格化管理,积极推进基层维稳机制创新,充分发挥网格化管理在化解社会矛盾、维护社会稳定中的作用,使基层维稳能力逐渐增强,社会管理水平有所提高,社会治安状况明显改善,群众的社会安全感不断提高。为了进一步推进网格化管理在基层维稳机制创新中的应用,应该积极借鉴先进地区基层维稳中推行网格化管理的经验,实现社区管理、社区服务与群众自治的有效衔接与互为支撑,明确网格化管理在基层维稳机制创新中的主要任务,加强基层网格化管理体系建设,以提高基层维稳工作的成效,实现社会持续稳定。

        摘要：Credit System,originating from 18th century,has long been regarded as advanced teaching administration system and achieved great success on a worldwide scale. Compared with Scholastic Year System,Credit System has the declination to adapt socially economic progress with numerous advantages. China should adopt the merits of application of Credit System,convert conventionally old ideas to new ones,emancipate our mind from ideological constraints,implement tutorial system and point system,thus resulting the college students to progress freely within the regulations. From the side of administrative authority,the university should strenghen curriculum construction,provide high-qulity teaching resources,build service-centered campus,provide necessity for the application of Credit System,bring forth new ideas of administation and approaches to employment,thus eventually matching universitiey education with employment market and exploring a new approach to Credit System with Chinese charateristics.

        摘要：改革开放30年,我国的政治、经济、文化、社会各个领域都发生了巨大变化,也催生了大学生就业形势的嬗变。基于大学生就业难的背景,通过对大学生就业的文献解读和数据分析,归纳了改革开放以来大学生就业形势的五大嬗变:供求关系由供不应求演变为供求失衡;人才筛选标准由惟"学历论"向"能力论"演化;就业歧视呈上升趋势;专业冷热不均;就业取向由一元转变为多元。在分析大学生就业趋势的基础上提出相应对策,以期为缓解就业矛盾提供参考。

        摘要：In globalism times,soft power has became the main source of enterprises’ competitiveness. Evaluating the soft power of enterprises scientifically and reasonably has been the premise of building and promoting enterprises’ soft power. The thesis makes clear of the connotation of value self-identity and soft power of enterprises firstly,and weights the stakeholders’ self-identity degree of enterprises’ value via the degree of benefits obtained by the stakeholders based on the basic assumption,"rational economist",thus constructing the evaluation system of enterprises’ soft power on the basis of the stakeholders’ degree of value self-identity. The system combined with soft and hard indexes,charactering more significance of direction in practice and promoting enterprises’ soft power specifically.

        摘要：关联交易作为一种中性的经济行为,普遍存在于各国的公司运作中。以中国国有上市公司为样本探讨关联交易、公司治理、公司价值三者之间的关系,结果表明:租赁、资金交易和担保抵押三类关联交易对公司价值的影响显著为负,而股权结构变量、董事会结构、外部市场竞争度、公司实际控制人类型等治理变量对三类关联交易有显著影响。
