        摘要：The Confucian thought of "Great Unification" has rich connotation of which there are two important points: one,Mencius poinetd "one world",the other,Xunzi argued"one system"."One world" is a country-nation-unified theory,"one system" is a unified theory of the social system.On the times of division and war,different parts are scheduled for"one world" which is the first requirement for the"Great Unification".After the completion of "one world","one system" is stated which is the inexorable requirements for the"Great Unification"."One world" and "one system"are the fundamental guarantee for a long-term maintenance of "Great Unification".That "Great Unification"is the goal of China’s history will never change.

        摘要：几十年来,出版史、商务印书馆馆史的研究专著、论文都称蔡元培是商务印书馆编译所第一任所长,几成定论。经过对商务印书馆现存档案、当事人的回忆等资料进行排比后,否定了这种说法,并指出这是事隔30多年以后蒋维乔个人在回忆文章中所提出。在分析了这种说法产生的原因后,指出蒋维乔的回忆文章并不可信,不足以作为严肃的史学专著的史料依据。

        摘要：西方媒介环境学派从媒介史的视角,分析书籍的文字符号、物质载体和复制方式的特征及其演变,并以此为基础揭示书籍的文化取向及其对人的影响。印刷书籍也是推动社会发展和文化变迁的中介力量,但印刷术对西方的影响不同于对中国的影响。在当今新媒介环境中,印刷书籍所代表的文化具有平衡媒介环境的价值。这些观点对综合考察中国书籍史具有启发意义。

        摘要：1927年8月20日《湖南致中央函》是秋收起义筹划过程中的一件重要文献,通过对多重证据的深入辩析,确认毛泽东就是此信的作者。毛泽东在信中提出要彻底抛弃国民党的旗帜,立即建立工农兵苏维埃政权,制定了土地革命纲领。这些观点和主张虽然并不被当时的中央所接受,但后来的实践证明毛泽东选择的方向是正确的。《湖南致中央函》有着重要的思想和理论价值,与在八七会议上的发言一道,构成毛泽东独立探索中国革命道路的理论起点,为全面考察毛泽东新民主主义革命思想的发展脉络提供了珍贵的文献依据。

        摘要：The political system of developing theory refers to political system with the goal of Maximization of economic growth,the main features of the political system are to have a Politician to be the center of it which has a strong orientation of economic modernization,to maintain social order with military or authoritarian nature of political parties,to promote economic development by the role of technology administrative bureaucracy,and to carry out implementation of export-oriented industrialization policy,and so on.Then the situation of rapid economic growth which is known as the "East Asian miracle" emerge,at the same time many problems appear.

        摘要：This essay,taking as example the poem entitled "Praise Song for the Day" of Elizabeth Alexander,a contemporary African American poet,offers a discussion about the history writing in her poetry.Based on the ideas that the poet’s consciousness of history serves as the impetus for her history inscription and that everyday life as its strategy,this essay also analyzes the political intention of the history writing in her poetry in the view of the relationship between everyday life and non-everyday life.

        摘要：桑切斯认为,白人英语桎梏了黑人的思想,主宰了美国文化和政治话语。黑人要掌握政治话语权,首先就必须颠覆和破坏白人英语的常规。桑切斯将语言比作手榴弹,她的诗歌中处处体现出语言的摧毁力。此外,桑切斯对自己作为一个黑人女诗人的政治身份有充分的意识。在她那些描写女性苦难的诗歌中,她充分挖掘语言的潜能,大胆进行语言创新来重新定义、建构一个与传统修辞意义不一样的世界。她在诗歌语言上的大胆创新,旨在唤醒黑人的政治意识,让黑人从白人语言和文化这双无形的手里挣脱出来,拥有自己的政治话语权。

        摘要：国内外学术界一般以1967年作为格温朵琳.布鲁克斯创作的分水岭,而发表于1969年的《骚乱》是她后期诗歌的代表作之一。她后期诗歌体现出浓重的为黑人写作的意识,她从诗集的出版形式到内容主题,都切实地履行为黑人代言的使命。她用平实的语言描述社会底层黑人群体那些被淹没的声音,表达了黑人反抗种族歧视、追求自由平等的强烈愿望。通过文本细读,重点剖析布鲁克斯在《骚乱》中所体现的抗争主题,为加深人们对该诗及布鲁克斯的理解,为进一步阐释这位杰出的黑人女诗人提供多角度思考。

        摘要：From the value of development,we should first consider the"yes"or"no" for specialization choice in the economics study of scarce resources,then followed by issues of scale or marginal analyse of the"more"or"less"numbers based on the division of labor.Scarcity of resources requires a rational division of labour specialization,and labour specialization can clear property rights and save transactions cost as well as optimize the allocation of scarce resources and promote the development of economic.It particularly accelerates the development process of population modernization through optimization of human resources.This is a testable implication and an important conclusion which can be supported by a large number of empirical evidence and fact.

        摘要：1997年亚洲金融危机爆发后的中国经济发展态势表明,尽管经济危机发生时依靠经济刺激政策能够扭转经济下滑趋势并实现此后的高增长,但是如果只偏重于经济增长而忽略发展的其它方面,可能会出现诸多高增长背景下的发展不和谐问题。这对于正处于复苏拐点的中国经济具有重要的启发意义。为了实现和谐发展,在经济复苏中应将促进就业增长作为优先目标,应考虑从推进城乡统筹发展和区域协调发展、促进中小企业发展与扶助个人创业、构建城乡一体的职业教育培训体系和加快收入分配与社会保障制度改革等方面做出努力。

        摘要：以我国高能耗和高污染物排放的上市公司为研究对象,以水电费用和排污费等作为环境冲击代理变量衡量生态效益,将生态效益作为企业无形资产之一纳入会计恒等式中,并利用panel模型分析方法,实证绿色投资人假设在我国是否成立。研究结果显示,企业生态效益环境绩效并没有显著影响其股票溢价,即绿色投资人假设在我国并不成立。政府的环境保护力度不足,投资大众的环保意识不强,使得投资者对企业评价的焦点主要还是集中在财务数据的表现上。

        摘要：The proposition of uselessness of university education exits for a long time,and has a corresponding performance in different historical periods.this proposition,with a lot of false and deceptive characters masks the functional value of university education.It is noteworthy that in the history of university education,when the the argument on the uselessness of university education are rampant,universities are always faced with some degree of crisis or recession.By theoretically pursuing this ancient and false propositions of education,we find that it violates the logical Law of Causality,also in violation of logical Law of Identity.there is some ambiguity in the logical discussion too.So we need to clear its adverse effect,which is of great importance for the value of university education.

        摘要：大学心理服务认证主要包括机构资质认证和专业人员资质认证两部分。当前心理服务认证体系存在的问题集中体现在认证管理授权、认证标准、认证类别和从业学历要求等方面。要解决这些问题,构建科学合理的大学心理服务认证体系应从两方面入手:一是变革心理服务认证的管理机制,二是强化大学心理服务人员的的任职资格要求。

        摘要：There are two connotations to explain Classical Marxist theoretical system: The one which is associated with the utopian socialism and from a moral point of departure,is to deny Capitalism society and to yearn socialist society;the other is beyond the utopian socialism and based on historical materialism to emphasize the laws of social development and the prerequisite for socialist revolution.In the course of evolution,the former was increasingly weakened and the latter was gradually increased.After Marxism spread to Russia,it went to the opposite of development in Western Europe,that is gradually weakened of history materialist and gradually enhanced of revolutionary utopianism.

        摘要：将抽象行政行为纳入行政诉讼受案范围的各种主张,在实践中缺乏可操作性,且容易导致司法权介入政府的政策制定。不将抽象行政行为纳入受案范围,并非意味着法院不对其进行审查,法院仍然可以在诉讼中附带审查作为具体行政行为依据的抽象行政行为,这是法院司法权完整的体现,也是公正裁决案件的必然要求。在修改《行政诉讼法》时可以完善现行抽象行政行为的附带司法审查机制。
