        摘要：In the report of the 17th Congress of CCP,General HU Jin-tao pointed out that the first meaning of the scientific development is developing.We must correctly grasp the inner meaning of sustainable development for the sake of carrying out the basic request of the scientific development.As all of us know,there are essential differences between the traditional development and the sustainable one.In fact,to carry out the thought of sustainable development is a significant change of social culture.The author considers that sustainable development consists of three aspects such as zoology,economy and society.The realization of the three relies on the transform of productive,living and cultural modes.

        摘要：在民营经济的发展过程中,民间商会的作用随着市场经济体制的建立逐步明显,民间商会的绝大多数服务对象是民营企业,无论其属于官办、民办还是半官半民的性质,都具有类聚性、自愿性、联合性、非营利性、互益性等属性,但作为民间的非营利组织,在组织的民间性、自治性方面还存在不足。民间商会在处理与组织内部及组织外部的各种主体关系时,表现为一种合作与互动的"治理关系",在组织发展和管理方面的治理经验主要包括:要建立与政府的良好沟通与合作关系、组织带头人通常是治理的核心力量、通过积极为会员服务获取发展空间等。事实表明,济南商会对民营经济发展的特殊功能主要表现为:经济协调功能、维权和服务功能、自律监督功能、利益整合功能、政治参与功能和社会公益功能等。

        摘要：民间信仰是一种非官方、非宗教的下层信仰,李绍强、李修龄试图通过对山东方志中有关资料的分析,揭示明清时期山东民间信仰的主要特点。秦海滢认为明初统治者为了整顿神统,虽然明确规定了允许进入正祀、杂祀和淫祀的神。但是,山东各地民众信仰既有在国家规范下的活动,又有自身需要所奉祀的多神现象,一定程度上体现了民间信仰的多样性。代洪亮以泰山信仰为中心,着重考察了民间香社与明清山东乡村社会的密切关系,认为香社是重要的乡村社会组织,明清时期山东范围内,以泰山信仰为主体的民间香社组织非常众多,这些香社组织与乡村社会关系密切。

        摘要：拜读叶秀山先生的大作《哲学作为哲学》,写下十四条札记。一方面旗帜鲜明地拒斥形而上学,一方面尝试性提出"哲学作为学"的哲学观:哲学是以经验或超验理论为根据,以本原、本体、共性等为对象,以具有特定逻辑结构的概念为基本心理工具,系统又个性化地表述一定世界观的学;是哲学家在既有文化前提下,以与科学和社会生活的互动为诱因,以基本问题为动因,运用特定思维方式创建起来,并在不断变革范式和思维方式、逻辑手段的过程中发展变化着的。

        摘要：The political passion of Chinese traditional peasants is exerting a great influence on China’s modernization,especially the democratization of rural areas.Therefore,we have to put enough emphasis on it.This article firstly analyzes the political passion of Chinese traditional peasants,including the conscious of power worship,equalitarianism,rule by man and collectivism.Then,this article argues that we should carry out a creative transformation on the political passion of Chinese traditional peasants,so as to promote our nation’s modernization,especially the villagers’self-governance.

        摘要：According to general legal principle,company can’t become its own shareholder.Nevertheless,relevant regulation has been changed in current corporate law of most country.In our country,the regulation of joint-stock company’s holding its own share is explicit,but it is not concrete for limited company,which is restricted in repurchasing stock of objection shareholder.Moreover there are no regulations about drawing bonus and voting and transfer and cancellation of these stocks.These questions cause the judicial practice difficult.Therefore legislation should be perfect in our country.

        摘要：本研究的目的是采用大学生完美主义问卷与青少年时间管理倾向量表考察大学生完美主义与时间管理倾向的关系。结果发现:（1）大学生在个人标准和条理性两个维度上的得分及完美主义量表总分与时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感三个分量表得分和时间管理倾向量表总分之间均存在显著正相关,担心出错、父母要求与时间管理倾向各分量表得分及总分不存在显著相关。（2）完美主义高分者和完美主义低分者在时间管理倾向各个分量表得分和总分上差异显著,高分者比低分者更善于管理和使用时间。

        摘要：Feedback is a pervasive element of the psychotherapy process,it was an essential contributor to psychotherapy outcome.If we can clearly explain the effects that the different dimensions of feedback intervention and their different combination to actions,that will be an important significance on the theory in psychotherapy.In this article,the feature of feedback,such as descriptive,evaluative,emotionally disclosing and its interpretive aspect were discussed.According whether the client or the therapist was the person who received feedback,we categorized the feedback into two kinds:feedback which were provided to the Psychotherapists and the feedback which were provided to the clients;the feedback process could produce two kinds of results;positive results（change）and negative results（resistance）,we also analyzed the factors that influence these two results.
