The political passion of Chinese traditional peasants is exerting a great influence on China’s modernization

especially the democratization of rural areas.Therefore

we have to put enough emphasis on it.This article firstly analyzes the political passion of Chinese traditional peasants

including the conscious of power worship

equalitarianism

rule by man and collectivism.Then

this article argues that we should carry out a creative transformation on the political passion of Chinese traditional peasants

so as to promote our nation’s modernization

especially the villagers’self-governance.
