        摘要：Ecological Harmonious Ethics is born in worsened environment. Such ecological problems as air and water pollution, forest crisis, degenerated soil and acid rain promote us rethink the subject of ethics.A·Schweizer’s ecological ethics, A·Leopld’s earth ethics, Rechel Casson’s respecting-nature ethics, P·Singer’s liberating-animal ethics, globe ethics and H·Rolston’s environment ethics make up the essential links in the chain of harmonious ethics. Su Bao-mei puts forward harmonious ethics in Manifesto of Harmonious Ethics—for Harmonious Development of Living Beings and Abiotic Existence. Harmonious ethics covers all the aspects of nature and social life. Ecological harmonious ethics is an important part of harmonious ethics, which contains six aspects. Some principles must be followed to develop it.

        摘要：Consumerism, as the mainstream values in the West society, is endangering environmental protection and sustainable development, and corroding human spiritual civilization along with the process of economic globalization. One basic condition of realizing sustainable development and promoting spiritual civilization is to criticize and control consumerism. We should build a kind of harmonious consumption culture in conformity with the principle of sustainable development and spiritual civilization on the basis of keeping the ecological value. Moreover, we should initiate pursuing spiritual culture and attach importance to the harmonious development between market economy and spiritual civilization buildings.

        摘要：任何一个国家和地区要实现自然、社会和经济的和谐发展,都需要有一个适度的人口规模。适度良好的人口状况是实现和谐发展的必要条件。不同地区由于经济、社会的发展水平不同,环境、资源状况各异,实现和谐发展所需要的人口条件也不一样。我国的西北地区虽然地广人稀,但自然条件差,生态环境对人口和经济发展的承受能力较弱。因此,只能通过较低的人口增长率来适应最佳人口规模。但从人口与经济的协调发展看,我国西北地区的人口增长已超出适度规模。因此,必须借助各种有效措施控制人口增长率,提高人口的整体素质,为西北地区的和谐发展创造良好的人口条件。

        摘要：中国封建社会城市市场管理体系具有阶段性与传承性、管理目的的一致性、管理效果的双重性等三个重要特征。其管理措施诸如对商品质量、流通货币、市场民事纠纷、市场治安的有效管理等,实为城市市场的正常运行营造了良好的外部环境。而对城市市场过多的行政干预,则有碍于城市市场的正常发育。不仅如此,在我国封建社会的后期,这种从维护封建统治阶级根本利益出发的干预管理政策,既妨碍了正常的商务活动,又延缓了资本主义萌芽的产生与发展,成为我国封建社会难以向资本主义过渡的一个重要原因。

        摘要：当下女性文学存在着亲近都市疏离乡村的写作倾向,作为尚欠缺言说能力的乡村女性,成为女性文学中的缺席者,她们的现实生存和文化困境被普遍忽略了。铁凝、方方、严歌苓的有关商业化时代中乡村女性命运的小说,弥补了这种缺席与忽略,既拓展了女性写作的叙事空间,又揭示了作为现代化的表征———商业化所隐藏的男权中心的本质,以及对乡村女性的压榨。

        摘要：With the implementation of “marriage law" amendment and “the interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court concerning some questions about how to decide the liability of tort for spirit damage", there are much more selections for victims to claim compensation for spiritual damage. It is a question deserved to study that how to select the best ways to compensate victims efficiently. The article is to discuss some questions on characters, elements, and approach selection of claim right for compensation for spiritual damage. The author hopes it will benefit the theory and practice of marriage law.

        摘要：18世纪后期以来,科学教育经历了探索时期、转型时期、课程改革时期和科学普及时期。在这一过程中,科学教育的目标、内容和方法在"注重知识体系"和"注重实际应用"两个维度之间呈"之"字形发展。近20年来,科学教育出现了一些新的发展趋势,其基本特点可以概括为以下两点:一是科学教育应该为提高全体公民的科学素养服务,而不仅是培养科学家和工程师;二是科学教育应该采用探究的和循序渐进的方式提高公众对科学的理解与应用能力,而不仅是对科学知识的简单记忆。中国政府已经制定和实施了一系列政策来推动科学教育,以更有效地提高全体中国人的科学素养。
