Abstract

"Power" in the international relations has been experiencing great changes since it was born.Compared to the traditional "power"

there exists great difference in component elements

the use of means and the aim to be achieved of power

which makes the form of power in contemporary international relations more various and the structure more complex and the goal to be pursued more extensive. The power of the Neoliberalist reflects these changes from three different aspects. That is

component elements of power are invisible

means of power is demilitarization and the goal of power is of diversity. The Neoliberalism holds the idea that

among contemporary international relations

the power form is by no means single

but multidimensional;power is also by no means immutable and frozen

but changeable according to the development of international relations.
