摘要

中国社会工作恢复重建三十年来，本土化一直是核心议题，这关乎中国社会工作的发展方向与建构路径。政治关联性、文化敏感性与实践反思性构成中国社会工作本土化的三要素。社会工作本土化的纷争实质是关于围绕社会工作本质的论争，在科学、政治与艺术三位一体的特质下，中国社会工作既需要借鉴西方社会工作科学知识，更要从中国政治文化实践脉络构建中国特色的知识体系，这恰恰是社会工作走向国际化的前提。

Abstract

In the past 30 years since the restoration and reconstruction of China’s social work

indigenization has been the core issue

which is related to the development trajectory of China’s social work. Political connection

cultural sensation and practice introspection are three factors of China’s social work Indigenization. The contexts of the development of Chinese social work are quite different from those in western countries. This essay aims to explore the political

cultural and practice factors justify indigenization of China’s social work.
