摘要

教师教育政策是一国政府对教师教育的规划与设计

政府主要通过制定和颁布教师教育政策来推动和促进教师专业发展

政府政策主导是政府的应然责任。我国教师专业发展进程在得益于政府推动的同时

也存在着教师教育政策顶层设计与实施过程中的不足问题。政府应充分考虑到我国教师教育传统和目前教师教育改革发展的实际需要

在教师专业发展的政府责任与教师专业自主之间保持一种张力

进行相关制度创新。

Abstract

Teacher Education Policy

as an administrational design by Chinese government

is committed to promoting the development of teacher-oriented profession.During this process

administrational policy should play a dominant role.While developing

the teacher-oriented profession in China benefited a lot from the promotion of the government despite the fact that there still exists the deficiency of top-level design of teacher education policy in the developing process.Chinese government should fully considerate the tradition of Chinese teacher education and the practical needs of teacher education reform

sustain the pulling force between government’s obligation and teacher’s innovation to innovate new ideas.（Edited by YAN Yutao
