村落精英仍扮演着重要的角色:在村庄政治行动中

可以动员村民的选举参与、普及政治知识、参与村庄治理;在经济活动中

他们则是积极的市场参与者、市场风险的承担者以及专业合作的推动者;在生活方式上

他们则传播城市生活习惯、卫生习惯以及影响着村民的价值观念。

Rural elite play an important role in the new country construction.Rural elite（including political elite

economic elite and social elite） have got major activity space in the community for the village governance

economic development and the change of value concept.In political action of village

they mobilize villagers to participate in elections

spread political knowledge and participate in the governance.In market economic activities

they actively participate in market competition

dare to bear the market risk and promote professional co-operation.In the areas of life

they disseminate urban’s living habits

health habit and change the values of the villagers.
