摘要

葛金田认为

现代城市的产业结构正在从以第二产业为主逐渐向以第三产业特别是商业与服务业为主的产业结构转变

服务业的规模和结构取决于城市化的水平和城市规模结构;大城市特别是省会城市拥有独特的资源禀赋

发展现代服务业具有独特的优势。济南市具有发展现代服务业的良好基础

要抓住承办第十一届全运会的机遇

加快现代服务业发展。吴学花认为

生产性服务业是社会化分工逐渐深化过程中出现的一个新的服务业门类

并在服务业中占据着愈来愈重要的地位

生产性服务业与制造业的关系密切

并且二者有日益融合的趋势。目前中国生产性服务业的发展仍然存在着诸多问题

这就需要采取一定的对策措施以使生产性服务业与制造业互相促进

共同发展。张伟等认为

随着改革由原来的增量改革转向实质性改革

居民消费结构也同样正经历着转型期。消费结构转型促进了产业结构的升级

引致服务消费时代的到来;并认为近20年来

我国的服务业虽然有了一定的发展

但同发达国家相比差距还很大

提出了在消费结构转型时期加快我国服务业发展的若干路径。

Abstract

The industrial structure of modern city takes the third industry

especially commerce and serving industry as the head and front

differing from taking the second industry as the main in the past.The scale and structure of serving industry is determined by the level and structure of city.Big cities

especially presidial city have particular resourceful advantages for developing modern serving industry.Taking Jinan as the example

it has good basis to develop modern serving industry.We should grasp the opportunity and quicken the development of Jinan’s modern serving industry.
