摘要

“三科九旨”说，是何休基于特定时代对前代公羊学理论的系统阐述。“通三统”是在汉代君主政治稳定的前提下，从董仲舒制度轮替向制度永续的论证转向；“张三世”抛弃了《春秋》对“据乱”社会的祭奠，以进化观看到了由乱到治的社会未来；“异内外”以发展的眼光，看到了以文明程度作为夷夏差异考量标准下，夷夏差异的必然消亡与一统太平盛世的必然实现。

the Yi-Xia differentiation will inevitably disappear and a unified peaceful era of prosperity will be inevitably realized.
