摘要

现代农业所需要的农业劳动力已经由传统农业的体力型转变为有文化、懂科技、会经营的新型农业劳动力

要实现传统农业向现代农业的转变

其关键在于培养农业第一线的劳动者

而培养的职责在教育

但我们的教育却不适应现代农业的需要。为了培养现代农业第一线的劳动者

就要既抓对现有农民的培训

又要抓未来新农民的培养

对未来农民的培养要实行免费教育

国家从工业反哺农业的费用中对这些学校拨付培养费用

对这些到农业第一线的学生实行有限合同管理

给以诸多优惠政策。

Abstract

The Modern agriculture needs the new workers who have culture

understand science and technology and are good at management.To realize the change from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture

the key is to bring up new Ag-workers.So we should strengthen the education both to the existing farmers and to the intending ones.The latter should be free.The station takes on the educational charge.
