Abstract

Sustainable Production-mode is to get most ecological economic benefit by using lest resources

which is on the base of green food designing. Green food process is an important link to turn this designing into reality. Perfect production-technology and system of environment management ensure the process to accord with the principle of sustainable development. Green food structure is not only the outcome of the process but also an important link to connect the fields of production

circulation and consumption.
