its essence is to provide service to dictatorial politics. The thinkers between Ming and Qing Dynasties tried to surmount the historical limitations of "Min Ben" culture

to which democratic culture came from the West issued its challenge in the modern times. The end of China’s political civilization building is to realize political democracy

which can’t break away from nationalization. So we should fuse "Min Ben" culture and democratic culture in the process of political civilization building.
