摘要:During its one-hundred-year history, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has created its century of glory. The secret of its success lies in its own actions, and further, its outstanding characteristics. In essence, and in terms of function and behavior, the characteristics of CPC constitute a complete system, among which the most fundamental, identifiable and decisive one, is its advanced nature. The advanced nature of CPC is profound and heavy in connotation. Its position is important and crucial. And its function is remarkable and extensive. It serves as the "supporting base", "path calibrator" and "operation regulator" for the party. The advanced nature of CPC extends from deep within, shaping realistic approaches fully manifested in ideology, practice, work style and daily life through the course of a hundred years and eventually helps build CPC’s centennial glory, which is achieved through the development of theoretical logic and the creation of practical logic, making it an organic unity.

摘要:In the past forty years of reform and opening up, our country has experienced rapid economic and social development, and the great transformation has brought about various expressions of various demands. How much individuals prefer to choose more institutionalized ways to express their demands when encountering injustice could reflect the level of government credibility and social governance ability. Thus, researches on expression of demands should focus on how to realize the institutionalization of the expression of demands. Using the data from "2017 Urbanization and New Migration Survey", this study aims to characterize the logic of individuals' choice of form for expression of demands when they encounter injustice. Analysis shows that: Firstly, due to the multi-dimensional dual structure, there are structural differences in the possibility for individuals to encounter injustice. Secondly, social structure factors, such as income, household registration, migration status, and city of residence are associated with individuals' choice. Thirdly, higher perception of inter-group conflicts and social problems are associated with higher possibility to express demands, especially through non-institutionalized channels. Fourthly, positive evaluation of government effectiveness is associated with higher possibility of institutionalized expression of demands. In conclusion, the background of social transformation should be taken into consideration when trying to improve and perfect the demand expression mechanism in our country. Moreover, eliminating the multi-dimensional dual structure, solving social problems with initiative, improving the demand expression ability of individuals and enhancing the response ability of the government could be effective means to change the form of expression of demands from non-institutionalized ways to institutionalized ways.

摘要:The imperial examinations in the Goryeo Dynasty evolved from the emphasis on poetry and Fu to the gradually increasing emphasis on Confucian classics and statecraft. With the rise of the call for reform in imperial examinations, there was a trend against parallel prose and regulated Fu and favoring ancient prose and ancient Fu, which was influenced by the imperial examination system and literary style of the Song Dynasty. The Yuan Dynasty's imperial examination system was accepted at the end of the Goryeo Dynasty, which replaced poetry and regulated Fu with ancient Fu and questions on Confucian classics and statecraft, adopting ancient Fu in the imperial examination for the first time in the Korean Peninsula. After the founding of the Joseon Dynasty, ancient Fu became the official writing style of imperial examination, which lasted for more than 500 years, making Yuan Dynasty's imperial examination system continue for a long time outside China. In the early Joseon Dynasty, there were many debates on the issue of adopting Fu in the imperial examination, such as whether to adopt Confucian classics or poetry and Fu, whether to adopt ancient Fu or regulated Fu, and whether it was practical or not, which reflected different understandings of ancient Fu and adopting it in the imperial examination.

摘要:The analogical thinking is one of the traditional ways of thinking in Chinese logic, which had deeply influenced pre-Qin scholars’ thoughts and continued to impact the thoughts and literature in the Han Dynasty. The analogical thinking affected both content and structure of Han Da Fu. On the one hand, by categorizing content, Han Da Fu tends to employ repeated parallelism and is influenced by the subjective analogical thinking. Han Da Fu even converges objects or phenomenon coming from distinct time and space. Besides, the technique of Lianbian (using characters that share the same basic components) can be constantly seen in Han Da Fu, which helps Han Da Fu to create a magnificent and gorgeous effect. On the other hand, the principle of categorization is also applied to the general and partial structure of Han Da Fu, describing objects that belong to a certain broad category intensively and sequentially, and within this broad category, depicting objects that fall into a narrower category in detail, sketching the integrity of diachronic changes or synchronic form, thus endowing Han Da Fu with a strong sense of order.

摘要:A large number of court recreational Fu appeared in the Tang Dynasty, which was not only caused by the development of recreational Fu itself, but also a product of the times. With the official tint of its development context, creation background and purpose, court recreational Fu’s content was mostly related to solemn national ceremonies, such as celebrations of important festivals, military parades and diplomatic exchanges. It was a literary expression to advocate the royal ruling and the traditions of poetry education. It demonstrated the tendency of imitating Han Da Fu in two aspects: the return of satirical themes and the remote echoing of the magnificent style. This helps to reveal the inherent development and evolution law of Ci and Fu, which is of important value in the history of literary development.

摘要:"Wen" (文) was one the most important theoretical concepts within the literary and even political traditions of the East Asian Sinitic sphere before the modern era. Another term, "xiuci" (修辞), now translated as "rhetoric," was also a key concept under "wen". However, one of the outcomes of East Asian modernity is that these historical facts have fallen into oblivion. The author carefully tracks changes in linguistic thought in modern China and attempts to shed light on their linkage with the emergence of rhetoric as a modern discipline in China under the strong influence of the Western rhetoric via Meiji Japan. The author argues that the emergence of rhetoric as an imported discipline rests on both the May-Fourth generation’s belief in an ideology of scientism and their loyal acceptance of metaphysical views on language.

摘要:The controversy on the Chinese traditional calendar in the early Qing Dynasty was a dispute in church over whether the Chinese Calendar Annotation was a superstition. This article analyzes the origin, process and ending of the Chinese Calendar Controversy by combing relevant literature and analyzing its causes and effects. The core issues of the Chinese Calendar Controversy are very similar to the Chinese Rites Controversy. The missionaries in this dispute had different understanding and interpretations on Chinese terms such as jisi (sacrifice) and so on. They didn't agree with each other on these issues and it was not helpful to resolve the Chinese Rites Controversy. The Chinese Calendar Controversy was a prelude to the Chinese Rites Controversy, and reflected the dilemma when modern Western sciences were being spread in the Ming and the Qing dynasties.

摘要:In modern times, profound changes have taken place, which are called centennial or even millennial changes, including the major change in the late Qing Dynasty, the major change in the early Republic of China and the "unprecedented centennial change we are currently experiencing. Through these three major changes, the world situation, China’s international status and external challenges have also undergone profound changes: the world order has broken away from each-country-minding-its-own-business mode, to the nations-standing-side-by-side mode, and then to the bipolar system after World War II. The world hegemon has changed from the UK during the major change in the late Qing Dynasty, to the United States, the "world leader" after World War II, and then to the current reshaping of international order in the unprecedented centennial change right now. The focus of international relations has changed from geographical discovery to the pursuit of hegemony in global oceans in the late Qing Dynasty, to the Atlantic Ocean as the center since the Republic of China, and to the now Pacific Ocean as the key area. In the major change in the late Qing Dynasty, China fell from a great power to a poor and weak country bullied by big powers. In the major change in the early Republic of China, China became a victorious country in World War I. However, due to the lack of national strength, interests of defeated Germany in China were transferred to Japan by the Paris Peace Treaty. After the long anti-Japanese war from 1931 to 1945, China’s international status was improved. After long-term efforts, China is increasingly approaching the center of the world stage in the current centennial change. Change of China’s external challenges: in the major change in the late Qing Dynasty, China’s farming civilization encountered a more advanced Western industrial civilization, and was invaded by many imperialist countries at the same time, facing strong enemies not seen for thousands of years. Modern pioneers advocate adapting to the general trend of the times and making changes to communicate between the past and the present, adapting to the world trend and open up to communicate with foreign countries, and transforming to connect the old with the new to address new challenges. In modern times, China’s development path has also undergone three transformations: from imitating Western principles to "taking the Russian road", and then to "taking China’s own road". The three major changes have witnessed the historical process of the Chinese nation and civilization regaining self-confidence from its declining past, and then stepping towards its great rejuvenation.

摘要:China’s folk art, with a history of several thousand years, embodies the relatively stable mentality and manifestation of the Chinese nation. Its spirit represents the people’s unique experience and history advocating and expressing truth, goodness and beauty, which generates the folk creation values pursuing harmony, goodness and beauty, that is, to integrate truth with goodness, to store beauty with goodness and to reflect goodness with beauty. As the most basic value judgment and expectation, it has become the spiritual connotation for the pursuit of harmony, goodness and beauty derived from the ultimate concern of "harmony between man and nature" and the foundation of national design spirit.

摘要:In 2019, the 4th Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward that to promote the modernization of national governance capacity and governance system, we must adhere to and improve the socialist administrative system with Chinese characteristics, and build a governance system with clear responsibilities and administration according to law. In order to objectively understand hotspots and development trend of researches on governance in China and provide intellectual support for governance practice, CiteSpace V software is used in this research on 511 documents about governance in CSSCI database(2000-2019), to draw the keyword co-occurrence knowledge map, the keyword co-occurrence clustering knowledge map and the keyword co-occurrence time zone view map. Through interpreting the knowledge maps and reading relevant articles, it is found that researches on governance in China have gone through the foundation stage from 2000-2005, the development stage from 2006-2012 and the innovation stage from 2013-2019. The current researches focus on three themes: governance and identification of its concepts, governance mode and governance innovation. With the change of times and the governance environment, the construction of social governance community, the application of big data + governance, and the updating of governance evaluation mode will become new research hotspots.

摘要:There are complex correlations between environmental regulation and economic growth. In the short term, environmental regulation does create more "compliance costs" for the economy. But in the long run, it will promote economic growth through "innovation compensation" and "structural effects". This paper first interprets the mechanisms of environmental regulation driving economic growth through three transmission paths systematically. Then, it designs a chain multi-mediation model to test the effects of environmental regulation on economic growth from national and regional levels respectively. The results show that at the national level, environmental regulation drives economic growth through three paths: technological progress, industrial structure optimization and technological progress facilitating industrial structure optimization. From the regional level, there are obvious regional heterogeneities in the paths for environmental regulation to drive economic growth. In the eastern region, the mediation effect is not significant, and environmental regulation drives economic growth mainly through its direct effect; in the central region, there is a complete mediation effect, and environmental regulation significantly drives economic growth through all three mediations; and in the western region, environmental regulation mainly drives economic growth through one mediation, that is, industrial structure optimization.

摘要:The basic task of morality sociology is to analyze and reveal the social roots of moral norms, their social functions and the way they function. As a form of social behavior required by the "collective demand pressure" for the normal functioning of modern society and the normal life of people, garbage sorting has become the basic responsibility and obligation of people living in the modern society. For individual members of the society, responsibilities and obligations are "musts" rather than "cans" in their behavior. For behavior individual actors find difficult to perceive as benefiting, but tend more to sense only the costs and losses in terms of time, energy and material, which are also "musts" rather than "cans" in terms of public morality, it is common to use negative incentives, i.e., sanctions for its shaping. So it is in the case of garbage shaping. There are three points to keep in mind when developing rules that prescribe the "musts" of citizens’ behavior: the "musts" have to be based on "necessity"; the "musts" should respect people’s habits, human nature, and common sense; the "musts" have to be based on the feasibility of enforcing adequate and effective sanctions against offenders.

摘要:This study, with articles from journals and dissertations published from 2015 to 2019 retrieved with "New Xiangxian" (New Able Villagers) as the subject word from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database for academic journals as the objects for analysis, establishes two analysis modules, "Xiangxian Culture" and "Governance Participation", using the text analysis method and NVivo 11.0 qualitative analysis software. Through cultural value, cultivation path, governance function, path realization coding analysis and word cloud analysis, this study finds that there is the tendency to expand the types of New Xiangxian, to diversify relevant research fields and to improve the feasibility for advocating and replicating New Xiangxian governance model from earlier scattered cases.

摘要:Folk belief, as carrier of villagers’ common emotions, is an important basis for emotional communication among villagers, and is also a powerful norm that disciplines the lives of villagers. A folk belief always starts from individuals, then gradually spreads and expands, and finally develops into a consensus among the villagers, forming a set of constantly improving ceremonies, which, with support from a comparatively fixed group of believers, would be passed down continuously despite changes of the times. Folk belief comes from the local society and maintains the complex interpersonal relationship in the local society. As a ceremony for folk belief, the ritual of "sending away the fire god" has sophisticated procedures and a long history, carries rich folk culture, and plays an important role in maintaining relationships within the village. Such a belief and its ritual ceremony play an important role in the development of villages, the inheritance of village culture and the construction of community consciousness.
