- 摘要：Modern Confucianism develops into new chapter in 2008. Since 2008, there are five tendencies of Confucian development: everlasting enthusiasm to Confucianism, creative development of Confucianism, Confucianism taking part into or change social life, Confucianism going back to ordinary people and society, Confucianism going into schools, classes and textbooks. According to five tendencies of Confucian development and personal wishes, there are three prospects of Confucian development. First of all, Confucianism can continue the tradition to reconstruct traditional Chinese cultural pattern. Secondly, Confucianism can remain essentially the same despite all apparent changes and keep its original characters. Thirdly, Confucianism can use its wisdom to solve problem in the development of modern China.

Respecting relatives of a senior generation is essential characteristic of Chinese community, morality, system and belief influencing each other based on consanguinity. They all reflect the Three ideology, taking it as main ideas or purposes. Community is the home of Three, while Three is expression means of community view. It is the issue of the epoch to drag thoughts out of One or Two dilemma, back to community and reconstruct community view. This is becoming academic pursuit gradually. In this struggling process, Three in PANG Pu’s ideology is destined to demonstrate important methodological value.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：Gu Wen Xiao Jing Kong Zhuan came into China from Japan during Qian Long Emperor. Scholars have been discussing it reality since then. Supporters take it as treasure while others try to prove it pseudo from quotations, records and language analysis. Among them, Si Ku Zong Mu Ti Yao and Zheng Zhen’s opinions are more convincing. Recently, Dunhuang documents proved the reality of Xiao Jing Zheng Xuan Zhu. This stimulates some scholars to prove the reality of Gu Wen Xiao Jing Kong Zhuan. This paper finds that their evidences are not convincing. Through rechecking the words of Gu Wen Xiao Jing Kong Zhuan, we find some scriptures inherit errors created by scholars in South Song Dynasty when they combined Emperor Xuanzong’s annotation, Sima Guang’s explanation and Fan zuyu’s interpretation. Besides, annotation in Gu Wen Xiao Jing Kong Zhuan is different with existing annotation inherited from Han and Tang Dynasty. Thess all prove that Gu Wen Xiao Jing Kong Zhuan from Japan is not original Kong anguo’s annotation in Han and Tang Dynasty.

He is a thinker who tries to reconcile Chinese and western thinking from inside of Confucianism. The most outstanding character of modern and contemporary China is learning from western word. This is a developing process from passive acceptation to active absorption, sublimation and recreation. Confucianism is the same. Confucianism can realize rebirth only through absorbing western advanced knowledge to supplement itself. Kang Youwei is outstanding representative of compromise classics research with saving the nation from subjugation and ensuring its survival who pioneers the transformation from Chinese traditional thinking to modernism.

There are discussions on characters of Fu in Han Dynasty and pictures in academia. However, there are few creation theory discussions on relationship between Fu and pictures and Liu Xie’s theory itself. Questions about Liu Xie’s theory should be connected with his Fu stylistic theory. Huang Kan believes that his Fu stylistic theory comes from SIMA Xiangru’s opinions. If we connect his theory with his picture theory and his words about essays and pictures furthermore, we can find that his description is closely connected with Fu. Therefore, this paper tries to discuss relationship between Fu and pictures and its creative characteristics and aesthetic significance.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：辞赋的本质要义在于铺陈与情感,这是导源于《离骚》的本质特征所决定的。自先秦两汉到唐宋,辞赋铺陈与抒情的功能逐渐丧失。先秦《离骚》的怨怼激怒之情,两汉骚赋的孤独忧愤之感,是以骚体篇幅的广博、句中"兮"字连接更长字词构成的长句结构、散语的广泛使用和凭虚夸饰为语用支撑。魏晋六朝小赋虽以体物言情为要,但情感寡淡,言之无物,多为个体吟叹,缺乏前代的忧国壮情。这是由于篇幅的精短、上下属对和联句声韵讲求的影响。唐宋以将,律赋主导,篇幅字数、押韵规则和隶事用典的进益讲求,使得律赋无情。赋体究因体制的限定而丧失初始的本质特征,遂为异体。

- 摘要：Rousseau's The Social Contract deepens the thought of contract theory and provides a political design for the establishment of a Democratic Republic after the French Revolution. The theory of social contract has four main points: it criticizes some previous contractual ideas and reveals the essence of social contract. It mentions that the nature of the social contract is that the people are the Sovereign as a whole; it talks about the form of the state government and advocates the establishment of democratic republic system; it holds an opinion that it is a fundamental way to transform the ills of feudal society and implement democratic politics to replace the monarchy with the rule of law. The Social Contract also has some historical limitations in philosophy, politics and historical view; Rousseau's human unequal origin and social contract theory have many reasonable cores, shining in the glorious historical dialectics. However, it cannot be said that it has entered the door of historical materialism since it never gets rid of the stereotype of historical idealism. In addition, Rousseau advocated a theism of natural religion, supporting "civic religion" and showing the duality of his philosophy and religious thought. Due to the limitations of the times, Rousseau's theory of social contract did not exceed the category of political civilization in modern bourgeoisie. His ideal state of freedom, equality and happiness for all, with Utopian concept in theory, was in practice a more perfect design for the political system of the bourgeois republic.

Connected with World Intangible Cultural Heritage evaluation system, we construct Chinese traditional food culture resource evaluation system through expert consultation method. In this evaluation system, cultural value, scientific value, marketing value and quality value are first class standards. There are also 12 second class standards. Chinese traditional food culture resource evaluation system is created through group decision to value every standard, using AHP application Yaahp to process data and going through consistency check. According to assessment result of this Chinese traditional food culture resource evaluation system, we can classify Chinese traditional food culture resource which is helpful to protect Chinese traditional food culture heritage and guide healthy development of Chinese traditional food culture recourse industry.

发布时间： - 摘要：Technological diversification in new high-tech enterprise has positive or negative influence on exploratory innovation is controversial. Solving this question is helpful to concrete implement of innovation-driven development strategy in our country. This paper takes key enterprises in National Torch Program as research samples affirmed by Ministry of Science and Technology, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and All China Federation of Trade Unions from 2010 to 2017, analyzing technological diversification’s influence in new high-tech enterprise on exploratory innovation of listed companies of key enterprises in National Torch Program. Result tells that relationship between technological diversification in new high-tech enterprise and exploratory innovation presents inverted U shape. In specific scope, exploratory innovation has positive influence on technological diversification. However, technological diversification has negative influence on exploratory innovation when it develops to some extent. Absorbing ability of enterprises has obviously positive regulating effect on inverted U shape relationship between technological diversification and exploratory innovation.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：作为社会和科学发展产物的无形学院,其出现和兴起以及变迁对于科学发展和知识增长扮演着不可或缺的角色。无形学院的出现和起源,最早可以追溯到17世纪中期,哲学家波义尔在其与好友通信中最早提出。现阶段,国内学界对于无形学院研究缺乏历史性视角,仅仅将其当做分析工具和概念,从而忽视了无形学院历史发展进程和内涵变迁。本文通过对文献梳理和回顾发现,历史上无形学院发展经过两个明显阶段:十七世纪阶段和二十世纪阶段。不同阶段本质不同:十七世纪时期,作为皇家学会前身的无形学院本质上属于非正式科学学会,对于科学活动正式化和制度化扮演着不可或缺的角色;并且存在形式多样:盲模学院、山猫学会和齐门托学院。进入二十世纪,无形学院逐渐演变成科学共同体和科学内部结构,是大科学背景下科学家关系的表达方式,对科学知识增长、提升科学研究和科学交流效率作用显著。无形学院在两个阶段差异明显,但其对于促进科学发展、科学知识增长和科学交流的功能则是不同阶段的共同点。最后,本文在回溯历史基础上,发现无形学院具有三个层面的内涵。
