- 摘要：Compared with traditional media, new media has three basic characters. First of all, communication media transfers from traditional media to Internet and mobile phone media. Secondly, organizational structure of new media is composed of three modes as content oriented, platform oriented and arithmetic oriented. Finally, new media is a relative and dynamic concept. There are many challenges in the integration process of academic journal and new media, such as changes from digitization, intensification to demassification, individuation, and transformation from content plus channels to content plus platform, reform from professional talents to comprehensive talent, revolution from structural reform to media institution modernization. There are variety choices for approaches of integration of academic journal and new media, such as public good media convergence mode which means build national digitization academic communication platform, marketization media convergence mode which creates platform media, professionalization media convergence mode which means the change from academic journal to academic media, clustering media convergence mode which means the change from academic journal to academic media and change of journal evaluation mode of media integration from quantitative evaluation system to comprehensive evaluation. Media integration is a revolution. We need to face it and considering the future.

发布时间： - 摘要：Favorable political system should be organic politics. The operation of organic politics includes factors of ecology, such as entirety, relation, interaction and restriction. Accordingly, favorable politics should be organic politics. In this sense, political ecology concerns on organic politics and its constitution mechanism and operation mechanism. Satisfaction of common interests and general will in the community is the base of organic politics. Satisfaction degree of common interests and general will in the community decides organic degree of political system. Internal mechanism and restrictive relation ensuring realization of organic politics constitute organic community. One principal line of human republican politics practice is how to maintain the intrinsically organic harmony of political community, thus to prevent dictatorship and ensure the realization of popular sovereignty.

China’s political environment is a unique people-centered political ecosystem. The uniqueness of this political environment is rooted in the uniqueness of Chinese political culture, condensed as the uniqueness of Chinese political system, embodied in the uniqueness of political behavior. The Communist Party of China leads the people overthrow "three mountains" , abolish agricultural tax and tackle poverty. However, since China’s power supervision system is still not perfect, individual behavior of some leading cadres still presents the phenomenon of deviating from the masses of the people, which leads to the deterioration of political ecosystem in China. Trying to govern the political environment, we must uphold the leadership of the party and focus on purifying the political ecology of the party. Second, we should perfect the supervision mechanism and regulate the operation of power to serve the people. Third, we should construct the pressure mechanism of leading cadres to practice the mass line, and form the atmosphere of "profit for the people and the right for civil".

发布时间： - 摘要：In March 2018, Donald John Trump, president of America, signed a presidential order which imposed high tariff on imported steel and aluminum. This is against to China directly. Afterwards, he announced that slapped tariffs on a broad range of Chinese exports to the United States about 50 billion dollars. Chinese government did strong response and published equal countering list. In this trade friction between China and America, America not only takes real actions, but also applies public opinions attacks. They claim that China applies unfair policies in Sino-US trade. Attacks on tariff problem are especially deceptive. Many people agree with their opinion. It is imperative to identify this problem. Based on historical and realistic perspective, we can clarify three questions. First of all, tariff is related with economic development level of a country. It is not the lower, the better. Second, real tariff of China is not high. It is equal with America. Trade in different countries cannot realize reciprocal. This varies with separate conditions. The United States has historically been the highest tariff country in the world for a long time. When it is beneficial to America, they never require reciprocal.

Village committees play joint agency role in agriculture public-private partnership as actual performer of rural collective economy organizing function. Research reveals that village committee joint agency behaviors have problems, such as high risk agency behaviors, harming the interest of farmers and inefficiency. These are caused by imperfect agent market, unequal status of village committee civil subject and different goals of bailors. We believe that we can improve efficiency of village committee joint agency behaviors through protecting rights of joint agency, increasing participation of villagers and preventing over participation of village committee to improve the development of agriculture public-private partnership.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：Enterprises reorganization by merger and acquisition is trend of modern world economic development. It is also strategic choice of enterprises to become bigger and stronger. In world-wide, success rate of enterprises reorganization by merger and acquisition is 37%. In those unsuccessful cases, 80% of them failed because of failure of cultural integration. Therefore, cultural integration is one of the biggest challenges of enterprises reorganization by merger and acquisition. HS Company is a listed company. Since 1993, HS Company has gone through twice enterprises reorganizations by merger and acquisition. However, both of them failed. On the surface, these twice failures are caused by stock rights fights. The real reason is failure of cultural integration. The third enterprise reorganization by merger and acquisition pays more attention to cultural integration and finally successes. This paper based on HS Company’s case summarizes theory and methods of culture integration and create 43 model of culture integration from the process, which explains the importance of culture integration in enterprises reorganization by merger and acquisition from a new angle. These theoretical explanations enrich enterprises reorganization by merger and acquisition theory, and have theoretical and realistic significance.

The medium and small-sized cities are subject to the historical path dependence and resource restriction of their own development, and the effect of the community participation of the elderly population is not good. Xinzhou city as a typical medium and small-sized city, the elderly residents of community participation shows a weak sense of participation, the rate of community affairs informed is not high, and the level of participation is low and lack of security conditions for participation. So it needs to guide the elderly residents to change ideas, improve the community construction to meet the demands of the elderly residents and transform government functions to promote and protect the community participation of the elderly residents.

For the community governance, one of the most basic units of national governance system, we should continuously enhance its ability for modernization and improve community autonomy. The urban community, as an important part of community governance, should continue to enhance its capacity to govern a modernization in governance ability and to achieve its self-government. Based on the governance model analysis of HX community of X District in Tianjin City, we discuss a trial model for the self-governance of urban community in China in the transformation period: the proprietor’s autonomous model, in order to provide reference for the study and practice of the governance and self-governance model for the other urban communities in China.

At present, our country has entered an aging society and the main endowment patterns of old people in China is home endowment. One of the difficulties of this pension mode is that it’s hard to meet the basic living requirement for the old to go upstairs and downstairs, as most of the existing multi-storey residential buildings are not installed elevators, which bring the elderly endowment inconvenience. In recent years, several provinces and cities in our country have given guidance for the old multi-storey residential buildings to add elevators, but overall progress is not smooth. The author proposes some thinking and suggestions from the sociology, in order to provide certain reference.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：This paper discusses systematically about the relationship between Emperor Taizu of Song’s relatives such as his parents, wives, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters and politics in early Song Dynasty based on collecting, summarizing and textual researching relative document literature of Song Dynasty. Moreover, this paper also discusses the relationship between royal family and ordinary love. The conclusion is that Emperor Taizu of Song is possibly the most intelligent emperor to deal with the relationship between family and country under traditional family-country system. This rescues Song Dynasty from chaotic years in so called Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms and creates regulating the family and ruling the state model.

According to LU Xun’s student JING Youlin’s memory, LU Xun was annoyed about CHENG Fangwu’s criticism to Call to Arms. When he talked about or wrote into essays, he always criticized or satirized members of the Creation Society. The argument between CHENG Fangwu and LU Xun caused by Criticism on Call to Arms, and revolutionary literature argument between LU Xun and the Creation Society from 1927 to 1928 always catch the attention of researchers. However, this paper discusses about the relationship between Wild Grass and CHENG Fangwu, which has been ignored for a long time.

It is an anthropological ethnography that documents Shanghai’s urban space through participant observation. In order to first examine the possibility of considering a literary work as ethnography, the research looks into the role of imagination and the mechanism of fictionalization, followed by a review on literature anthropology. Then an overview on the genealogy of Shanghai literature and literary Shanghai is made. History of Shanghai literature is in fact a significant part of China’s modern and contemporary literary history, so much that it is difficult to consider it as an independent realm. On the other hand, 'literary Shanghai,’ a term designating Shanghai found within the literature and also the literal text which represents Shanghai, is an approach similar to the notion of 'Shanghai ethnography,’ which is why the research has reviewed several related texts.

Even though Post-Colonial Criticism is more popular in the west, and at the beginning, the main object to be discussed is also not China. But in sinophone culture circle, there are more and more researchers use Post-Colonial Criticism to deconstruct and re-understand Chinese culture. This paper tries to find another reason of the rise of postcolonial criticism in China form the study methods of comparative literature. Then, it s the father of the Chinese detective fiction Cheng Xiaoqing’s Huo Sang Detect as an example to analyze some misperception accompany with this trend of thought.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：Analysis on college graduates employment problem from the angle of inter-regional flow is beneficial to understand the regional structural contradiction and provide suggestions for improving higher education arrangement. This research applies the data from college graduates questionnaire survey, takes western district as research subject to analyse interregional employment flow of college graduates, connects the place of student source, district of college and area of employment and put particular emphasis on two kinds of graduates. They are graduates who born in western district and work in middle or eastern district and graduates who born in middle or eastern district and work in western district. We find that the rate of employment is higher in eastern district than in western district. More qualified people go out of western district than go into western district. The distance of qualified people number is increasing year by year. Most of graduates of western colleges would like to stay in western district and graduates born in western district and graduates study in western district would like to work in western district.
