Mass culture, class problem, space problem have always been hot pots of cultural study. Aiming to a specific culture text, there are always different interpretation and analysis. Actors of cultural study pay more attention to create colorful cultural landscape and deal with life dilemma based on field investigation and field operation. Cultural study and cultural criticism devote to real the reality of beautiful scenes and address inquiries to real social survival situation. Cultural study is truly bridge between theory and practice.

发布时间： - 摘要：Cultural study came into academic research in mainland China since late 1980s. Through nearly 30 years’ development, it gradually becomes popular academic research in academic circle. Western cultural study tradition cultivated by Chinese scholars presents relatively outstanding features are breaking tradition established practice and canonical form, taking external criticism to literary works and cultural phenomenon as strategy to realize discussion on actual mechanism. However, in the development of this critical consciousness, new problems come out in our cultural study, such as the power of capital culture tends to invade theoretical space developed from cultural study. Therefore, cultural study scholars get anxious in the progress of criticism. This essay takes occurrent gender cultural study in China as example, analyzing critical character of cultural study in nearly 30 years and crisis and challenges caused by this thoroughly.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：China’s economy has maintained an average annual growth rate of nearly 10% over the past 30 years, which is closely related to the rapid progress of urbanization. Urbanization is based on economic development, and industrial development plays an important supporting role in the process of urbanization. And the urbanization process will have an important impact on industrial development, especially the upgrading of industrial structure. The new urbanization has a significant negative impact on the upgrading of China’s industrial structure from a nationwide perspective. Government investment and environmental regulation have significant impact on the upgrading of industrial structure. R & D investment, household consumption and other factors have also promoted the upgrading of industrial structure. From various regions, the urbanization in the eastern and central regions has no obvious influence on the industrial structure, while the western region has a significant impact and the results are positive. China’s human capital advantage is not obvious. And the education level is generally low. It does not provide human capital support for the upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, we put forward the following policy suggestions. On one hand, the government should accelerate the urbanization mode innovation, forming an industrial structure optimized urban structure as soon as possible. On the other hand, different environmental policies should be formulated according to local conditions. At the same time, government should improve the level of education in an all-round way. Finally, we can promote industrial synergy and upgrade the industrial structure by regional linkage.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：This essay attempts to present the frame of children’s tales as an additional perspective for reading ZHANG Ailing. Most characters in ZHANG Ailing’s stories show conflicts in Oedipal complex of pre-adolescence period, and that is because they are not significantly different from characters in traditional children’s tales, which capture the growing process of children. As many of those in traditional children’s tales, characters in ZHANG Ailing’s stories openly reveal their desire, and the desire mostly unfolds in the frame of Oedipal conflicts set in their family. Mothers in children’s tales often appear in the image of a vicious witch, and that is a strategy in children’s literature of expurgating the "bad mother" to preserve only the "good mother." "Bad mother," which is one of the significant characteristics in ZHANG Ailing’s stories, shares the same function as those in the frame of children’s tales. It is arguable that the truly reliable "mother" for ZHANG Ailing is Shanghai. ZHANG Ailing’s stories often feature a fantastic space where characters can be saved from savage reality, and Hong Kong may be considered a representative space as such.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：Mr LIN Manshu and the author of this paper have different opinions about LU Xun’s lecture tour in Hong Kong in 1927. Mr LIN argues that YE Shaoquan, a person generally believed to have played a key role in inviting LU Xun to Hong Kong, was actually a subordinate under CAI Tingkai’s command and had nothing to do with LU Xun’s visit to Hong Kong. In response to my challenges, Mr LIN only added another reason for his argument that CAI Tingkai was a subordinate under XU Guangping’s remote relative Xu Chongzhi’s command without providing new supporting material. However, Xu Chongzhi was in Shanghai at that time and had no close relationship with CAI Tingkai. To debunk Mr LIN’s hypophysis, this paper found that CAI’s home was in Luo ding and CAI himself lived in the barrack in Qinzhou. CAI did not have residence in Guangzhou. Furthermore, before XU Guangping went back to Guangzhou, CAI and YE had already joined the Northern Expedition campaign fighting in Hunan and Hubei and were not in Guangzhou. Therefore, Mr LIN’s assertions that CAI Tingkai and XU Guangping were neighbours and XU Guangping made acquaintance with YE Shaoquan through her neighbour were pure fabrication. This fabrication cannot negate ZHAO Jinsheng’s version of LU Xun’s lecture tour in Hong Kong and other researchers’ elaboration on ZHAO Jinsheng’s account of the event.

This essay taking A Tale of Laughter and Tears as example, analyzes ZHANG Henshui’s inheritance and innovation to "Zhang Hui" novel from theme and stylistic creation two aspects. From theme, A Tale of Laughter and Tears has similarities with realistic novels, love stories, beauty romance and historical romance in traditional "Zhang Hui" novel. Meanwhile, he develops traditional "Zhang Hui" novel. From stylistic creation, A Tale of Laughter and Tears inherits and improves narrative time, narrative perspective, narrative structure and characterization of traditional "Zhang Hui" novel in different extent. There are two reasons for ZHANG Henshui’s dialectical attitudes to traditional "Zhang Hui" novel. One is his reading experience of "Zhang Hui" novel in his teenager period. One is his identity as journalist which cultivates his sense to reality and helps him to real the social distortions and beauty of human nature taking receptivity of readers into full consideration.

These records can be divided into three parts generally: diet in major national ceremonies, diet in all kinds of banquets, and daily diet for ordinary people. Through three different types of diet records, banquets and small gatherings and ordinary friends’ party, as well as the daily food of middle and lower classes all , we can have a clearer understanding of the Han Dynasty's diet and its dietary culture.

发布时间：2022-01-13 - 摘要：ZHU Xi compiles series of Chu Ci in his old age, which shows ZHU Xi’s intention to reproduce the classical prose of CI poetry and historical view of Confucian classics. In Chu Ci Hou Yu, ZHU Xi follows the form of CHAO Buzhi, and extracts LI Bai’s sao ci poems Ming Gao Song. However, ZHU Xi disgraced YANG Xiong in his Chu Ci Hou Yu. He kept it to examine YANG Xiong’s discipline against loyalty. YANG Xiong defected Wang Mang’s new court from Han Dynasty. In ZHU Xi’s historical view Ming Gao Ge is patriotic inherited Li Sao of QU Yuan, although LI Bai had been an official for LI Lin. ZHU Xi thinks it is unintentional fault. Ming Gao Ge shape a new image for LI Bai in ZHU Xi’s Chu Ci Hou Yu, from an uninhibited poet to a patriotism.

发布时间： - 摘要：Through statistical analysis of data from Program for International Student Assessment in 2015 China B-S-J-G, we try to analyze the effect of school resource allocation and peer structure on students’ science literacy. The results indicated that the school resource allocation plays an indirect and positive effect on students’ science literacy. In this path, the peer effect was the only mediating factor. Among the peer effect, the mean of peers’ family socio-economic status and daily performance in the same school have significant and positive effects on students’ science literacy. The heterogeneity of students’ daily performance in the same school hinders their improvement of science literacy. But the heterogeneity of family socio-economic status has no significant effect. Besides, the peer effects are different between different student groups. These findings can provide some suggestions for the government and parents when they make the education policies or choosing schools for their children.

This paper is based on the "local memory-community construction" research framework, take Hubei Badong opera protection as an example to explore the dilemma of intangible cultural heritage and the innovation of protection mechanism by the method of oral history. The conclusion is that local rural community should be built to achieve the integration of local economic development and cultural prosperity, and protect the regional space, set up protection network of intangible cultural heritage and construction of rural culture which composed of government, academia, business, news media and village residents, and change the "fragmented remedial protection" for "regional protection" and "integration into the daily life of people" .

In the housing lease relationship, the core of the tenant protection is the protection of the lease relationship, which is the key point of the charterer’s settlement protection system. In the case of a serious breach by the lessee, the lessor should give a "warning" to the lessee before exercising the abnormal right to dissolution. The lessor’s normal release of the lease contract must have legal interests. If the lessee effectively terminates the lease contract and the lifting of the lease relationship brings serious difficulties to the lessee, the lessee has a special right to dissolve the objection, which requires to postpone the time to cancel the contract or to restore the lease relationship.

Before the concept of cultural creative industry shows up in British, the development and theoretical discussion about cultural industry. Cultural industry can even date back to several hundred years ago. Different countries have different name and connotation to cultural creative industry. There is also no general name and connotation to cultural creative industry in our country. Extension of cultural creative industry is defined in dozens of ways. Extension confusion even enlarges infinitely.
