        摘要：Regional economic development has seen the increasingly important influence of regional soft power these years.However,China’s academic community put more emphasis on regional hard power while neglecting regional soft power.This paper briefly introduces the significance of constructing theoretical framework of the regional soft power and then analyzes two theoretical foundation of regional soft power:theory of soft power and theory of regional competence.The paper defines the concept and connotation of soft power,explores the path of regional soft power improving and presumes constructing a three-level assessing system which forms the foundational framework of soft power theory.All of this is done on the basis of researching into global soft power theory and analyzing five constructing elements including regional culture,public service,personnel quality,regional communication and regional figure.

        摘要：通过还原《小说林》杂志创刊到结束期间的上海小说期刊界,讨论《小说林》杂志上诸种论说与《月月小说》杂志及吴趼人的小说观的关系。《小说林》杂志的创办与《月月小说》不无关系;在历史小说观和言情小说观方面,《小说林》同人都表达出与《月月小说》总撰述吴趼人或争鸣或呼应的意见,并且发生了一定作用。《小说林》同人与吴趼人争鸣的背后,其实是关于新小说中"善"与"美"两种因素孰先孰后问题的交锋。

        摘要：梁启超是中国近代史上著名的政治家、思想家,在"西学东渐"的背景下,他较早地接触到西方近代科学并经过吸收、反思和整合,逐渐形成了具有个人特征的科学主义思想,在理论和实践方面为科学在中国的传播做出了贡献。作为其思想体系重要部分的文学观也受到了科学主义思想的影响,逐渐表现出与传统文学观念的不同,并具有理性内涵和现代性特征。

        摘要：《大秦帝国》的出现,是中国文学走向大发展大繁荣的可喜征兆,是中华民族走向新世纪文艺复兴之路的绿色信号。此观点基于以下六点理由:第一,选材新颖、丰厚、广阔。《大秦帝国》表现的产生中国原生文明的春秋战国和秦帝国时代,是炎黄子孙心目中的一片圣土。第二,作家具有执着于文学创作的精神。第三,作家思想解放,敢于冲破历史形成的关于秦帝国和秦始皇的迷雾遮帐、走出历史的误区。第四,自由与创新是文学的灵魂,作家突破了文学创作的清规戒律。第五,创作与批评的互动。第六,《大秦帝国》为百家争鸣提供了广阔的平台。

        摘要：American native woman writer Paula Gunn Allen is versatile in literature.Her literary creation,critics and teaching push forward the process of canonization of American Indian Literature greatly.However,it is a pity that Allen as a poet has been neglected by literary critics.As a matter of fact,Allen had been writing wonderful poems throughout her literary career.From 1974 to 2009,Allen all together published nine collections of poetry.Allen is the representative figure of American Indian Feminism,and her poetry in some senses is an overall literary practice of her bold feminist theory.The paper,from the point of cosmogyny which is the key concept of Allen’s Native Feminism,examines the rich literary meanings of Allen’s poetry in which goddesses and women act as the tribal cultural signs,and then probes the construction strategy of American Indian women’s unique identity.

        摘要：由赵逵夫先生主撰,贾海生、韩高年、裴登峰诸先生共同编撰的《先秦文学编年史》,是我国第一部规模宏大的先秦文学编年史著作。其学术价值建立在对原始资料大规模的挖掘、整理、钩沉和辑佚的基础上,博采新论,辨惑释疑,廓清事实,辨明真伪。作为文学编年史,其具有"史"的特征,试图在时间的点上,来寻求各种史料的相关意义。而作为文学史的另一种书写形式,其借助以年纪事的方式和体例,在丰富的史料中呈现出文学史的基本线索,凸显出文学事实本身的客观性和权威性。这是一部开拓与开创兼备、创新与总结并举的著作,是一部填补先秦文学编年史空白而又集先秦文学研究之大成的著作。

        摘要：The spreading of Chinese Literature in Thailand has undergone three phases.The first one is from 1802 to 1932,in which traditional Chinese history and culture impacted the world.Some scholars call this period as "Three Kingdoms" period.The second phase is from 1932 to 1975.This is the transitional period in which traditional Chinese culture and contemporary Chinese culture coexisted.Some scholars call this period as "Lu Xun and Jin Yong period".The third one is from 1975（Establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand happened in 1975） to now.This period is of diversification and diversity.From these three historical phases,we can find the fierce competition between Chinese culture and Western culture in Thailand.It is worth alerting that the creativity in Chinese cultural ideology of contemporary Chinese literacy is weakening in Thailand compared to traditional Chinese classics and modern literacy works.As a typical study of this case,it’s a certain reference for how to build and improve Chinese culture’s soft power in the 21st century.

        摘要：民族性是体育发展的突出特征。民族传统体育的发展,从原初开始的嬗变过程大致上包括三个阶段,一是体育元素的出现,二是民族体育的成形,三是民族体育的发展。民族文化是民族传统体育的决定因素,齐鲁文化作为中华民族传统文化的基本主干,在很大程度上影响了中华民族传统体育的发展,是中华民族传统体育民族特色的基本决定因素。从源头上看,齐鲁文化对中华民族传统体育发展的影响,突出表现为三点,一是促进了民族传统体育思想观念的形成,二是推动了民族传统体育活动的发展,三是提供了民族传统体育发展的直接动力。

        摘要：The cultural consciousness of Chinese nation must carry forward the cultural subject consciousness.The distinctive symbol of it is the establishment of the Chinese cultural beliefs.In order to promote the Chinese cultural consciousness,we must put the Chinese beliefs into practice,which includes identifying the Chinese nation with beauty,identifying the other nations with beauty,and ultimately achieving the ideal of "beautifying each other,letting great harmony happen".Practicing the Chinese beliefs mainly contains following progressive basic links:bringing up national emotion,making establishing national self-confidence as beginning point,perfecting national beliefs as its soul,firming the faiths as its will and practicing as the worship.Furthermore,we should establish and implement social value of its overall goal which is the national ideal at the national level,and expand it to the ambition of harmonizing the world.

        摘要：孝是人类文明进步的重要标志,它以血缘关系为纽带,以自然亲情为基础。在中国社会,孝是最基本的社会伦理范畴之一,是中国社会所特有的一种文化现象。孔子对孝予以特别关注,从"奉养"、"孝敬"、"谏诤"、"父慈子孝"、"亲亲"、"仁爱"多层面全新建构了一套完整的孝伦理思想体系。正确认识孔子孝论,发掘儒家"孝文化"的科学内涵,对汲取和弘扬中华优秀传统文化,服务当今和谐社会建设,意义重大而深远。

        摘要：The dispute between liberalism and communitarianism makes the relation of the individual right and the good of community the focus concerning the contemporary western political philosophy.Dewey proposes the concept of democratic community.According to Dewey’s theory,the democratic community is an ideal form of human community and a process of developing in which human beings benefit a lot from the shared experience.The democratic community provides individuals with groups belonging and ego identification.The existence of community depends on individual participation.The democratic education provides the important guarantee to the continuous existence of democratic community.Dewey’s thought of democratic community provides a new theoretical perspective of dealing with the contradictory relationship between the individual and the community.It also produces certain significance for us to understand the civic participation of politics in today’s China.

        摘要："相对获益"是新现实主义的重要理论。新现实主义认为,在国际无政府状态的条件下,国家更关注"相对获益",而并不关心"绝对获益"。根据这一理论,新现实主义得出国际社会难以实现合作的结论。"相对获益"理论是基于新现实主义对国际社会的无政府状态的认识,它们认为,在无政府状态下,国家始终处于"安全困境"之中,彼此视为潜在的敌人,因此对"相对获益"十分敏感。但是,"相对获益"理论也存在着片面性和简单化的缺陷。在当代的国际关系中,各国不仅要关注"相对获益",同时也要关注"绝对获益"。

        摘要：当今的中国,在多元化纠纷解决机制的构建与整合过程中,对脱胎于传统社会的调解制度青睐有加,2010年《人民调解法》的出台更是从制度上给予支持,无论是舆论宣传,还是体系构建,都表现得非常强势。作为非正式的纠纷解决机制,人民调解制度也被寄予厚望。但是新时期的人民调解在自身发展过程中出现了严重的理论危机,定位过于功利性,调解依据强制法律化、调解目标现实与理想脱节等都一定程度上影响了其发展。对于人民调解制度,更大的自由发展空间或者说自治是非常重要的。在一定意义上,人民调解制度本身无法承载社会发展中的诸多问题,人民调解制度的存在价值不应该被无限放大。
