        摘要：The poetry and "life world" are in a fit state before Warring State Period.From one perspective,the poems express the "poems of life",and the life is the "poetic life ",thus the world is also a "poetic world".This phenomenon not only is the product of a certain historical stage,and the unique cultural landscape of ancient China,but also is the outstanding show of Chinese noble spirit.Poetry participates in the construction of idealize life-style,played the unimaginable role at every corner of social life;and permeate people’s "general daily life",even in the building of nationality so-called "imagined community" has demonstrated the value,which fully reveals the poetry significance in "life world",at the mean time shows the picture of a "poetic world".

        摘要：A method of criticizing the Christianity in the biographies of Jesus has been popular since the 19th century.It’s mostly because the Christian doctrine about Incarnation emphasizes that there are both divinity and humanity in Jesus.The biographies of Jesus target on the Incarnation directly,and negate the possibility entirely that Jesus is the Son of God.The biographies of Jesus are provided with the functions of criticism to the Christianity because they change God into a person.But the writers of the biographies have the different negative attitude to Jesus who is the incarnation of God in respect that they are in the different social condition and the different position of the religion.

        摘要：随着系统语言学日益关注语境如何塑造各类交际活动的语言模式,语类概念越来越成为研究的热点,Toolan称之为社会语言学的语类转向。回顾语类研究的传统,在系统功能语法框架下讨论故事语类中叙事次语类与社会文化语境的互相建构,指出叙事语篇的语类结构,特别是韵律式地分布其间的评价部分为解读意义、进而进行批评性分析提供了一把钥匙。系统语言学研究叙事结构时,关注语言模式的情景性和文化嵌入,这一视角很有启发意义,但语境是生动的、活泼的,我们不应把充满互动的生活机械地分割成若干语类。要真正反映语言与社会文化语境之间的动态关系,还需进一步理清语篇建构的内在张力与外在制约。

        摘要：Yan Zhi-tui,who was the aborigine lived in last years of Liang dynasity,had been captive with other aborigines who lived then in city of Jiangling,and after that Yan Zhi-tui escaped to west-Wei dynasity where he was appointed and nominated as the Vice-President of one of the Six Boards at last,and then he coming into Sui-dynasity.Although Yan Zhi-tui had his better days when he lived in the Northern dynasities,that his family history and culture as well as Confucianism taught in his childhood made him contradiction and anguish when he enjoyed his nabobism,and that entangled his last years all the time.Just like Yan Zhi-tui,most of those aborigines had the same mental cruelty who lived in last years of Liang dynasity entering the North.

        摘要：1898年成立于上海的亚细亚协会是旨在实现中日联交的组织。清政府联俄外交失败后,中国朝野寻求与日本结盟共同抵御俄国。日本为了阻止俄国在华利益的扩张,也展开对华工作,促成中国朝野的亲日倾向。郑观应作为上海绅商界的知名人士,与日本驻沪总领事小田切万寿之助共同发起成立亚细亚协会。由于时局变化,亚细亚协会未能展开全面活动而停止。但是该组织的成立在当时引起了很大反响,充分反映了中国朝野对中日联交既有期待又有疑惑的复杂心态。

        摘要：科学技术被马克思称为"精神生产力",是知识形态的、潜在的、一般的生产力,它必须渗透到生产力的实体要素中才能转化为现实的生产力。进一步追溯科学技术转化为生产力的路径,就会发现科学技术生产力以自然力为根基和源泉。通过考证分析马克思自然力概念的内涵,剖析自然力与生产力的关系,揭示了科学技术物化为生产力的途径:科学技术通过延伸劳动者的自然力、发明创造"死的自然力"、提高社会劳动的自然力、开发和利用自然界的自然力等不断转化为生产力,推动了生产力的发展。

        摘要：历史上不同时期的乌托邦反映了不同历史发展状态下的思想家对人性和社会的想象,其中既产生了具有普世价值的观念,也存在着时代局限所造成的谬误。在历史上诸多形态各异的乌托邦言说的深层,起决定作用的实际上就是乌托邦精神。乌托邦精神指代的是存在于人类内心深处的一种普遍的心理倾向和价值取向。它具有三个特点:一是否定性;二是世俗性;三是理想性。乌托邦反映着人类超越困境,克服自身和社会的有限性,向永恒飞升的信念,它包含着善、平等、道德理想主义等普世的价值;同时也存在着内在的缺陷,其一元性的理性中心主义忽视了人性的感性本质,反而造成了对人性的压抑,形成了人的异化的另一个历史根源。

        摘要：从文化人类学视阈来看,高校毕业典礼具有深厚的历史文化内蕴,它承载了高等教育的精神理念和价值追求;同时它又是个体社会化的有效途径,发挥着毕业生身份转换的文化功能,展演了个体生存与社会控制之间的文化逻辑。在当前高等教育大众化的趋势之下,应该加强对高校毕业典礼的精心设计,强化毕业生的角色认知,提高毕业生的责任承担意识,发挥毕业典礼的育人作用。

        摘要：Research of soft power has three characteristics:First,from the perspective of national level,as well as level of international politics and international relations,to research only one country with national strength combining together;Second,combing soft power and culture together,researchers have found much limitation in cultural construction;Third,taking the soft power theory as research centre,researchers have found that depth insufficiency of research,narrow research field,lack of quantitative measure are the shortcoming of the soft power research.Aiming at the insufficiencies on the research of soft power,efforts should be made to achieve "deepening,thinning and practical"goal.

        摘要：企业如何更好地"走出去",急需管理哲学来指导。在"走出去"的过程中,企业直接面对的最棘手问题是跨文化经营,而"他者之我"（Iorme in Others）的思维方式是指导跨文化经营中解决各类潜在风险的指导理念。国际化企业良好运作主要得益于正确的领导观,领导层正确对待自己的权力。经济组织运作中的权力体现的是一种创造价值的能力。大企业的领导力运作体现的不应只是领导个人发出的命令与雇员刻板的接受命令,它应主要着眼于反映组织能力水平上。经济组织与政治组织中的权力运作的主要不同在于,前者应主要体现一种建设性的能力彰显,而后者更多地是压制性的强力的威慑。

        摘要：在人口流动性日益增强的现代城市中,移居老年人已经具有普遍性、规模性和养老方式的多样性等特点,在我国,移居老年人主要有四类:投靠子女型、支援子女型、追求生活品质型、落叶归根型;主要特点是:从农村或其它小城镇向大城市的转移、追求更好更高的生活质量、退休后的养老安排等。移居老年人一方面,对环境的适应,心理的调适,新的社会关系网络的建立,其本人及子女的经济地位等都会影响到他们在移居地的生活状况;另一方面,也是最主要的,我国在对流动老年人口的制度安排上还没有很好的保障。这些老年人在城市中属于边缘群体,他们的需要和他们所面临的困难应该为社会所关注。

        摘要：产权激励机制对于调动职务发明人的创新积极性具有重要作用,我国现行专利法在这方面存在缺陷,由此导致发明人权利缺位、创新积极性不高、单位技术流失严重、专利实施率低等一系列问题。通过对职务发明产权激励机制进行研究,提出了修改我国专利法第六条的建议方案。该修改方案以调动职务发明人创新积极性为制度设计的出发点和价值取向,对激励创新和促进专利实施有重要意义。
