        摘要：Although 20 years of history research of book and publishing industry has repeatedly said that the Bamboo Slips could not be found before the Warring States period,in further research,some factss show that the Shang and Western Zhou Dynasty have brochures of Bamboo Slips.From the shapes,forms,and meanings of "Ce"on the oracle inscriptions of the Shang dynasty,we can see that the "one long one short,two series"was a special way dedicated to written policy of Shang dynasty.To the Han dynasty,"one long,one short,two series" is still a special written policy which could not be used for the decree or other order by the emperor.No matter the Western Zhou dynasty and the Eastern Zhou dynasty,the original carrier of "Ce"were the Bamboo Slips,not metal inscriptions.Brochures of Bamboo Slips is the professional communication tools of Chinese ancestors,for its low cost and efficient function.Initially,Brochures of Bamboo Slips and the Han characters are the same as the main tool for governing the country.It is impossible to maintain a unified country without the Brochures of Bamboo Slips.

        摘要：1977年11月,陈方发表《"曹雪芹佚诗"辨伪》,率先揭开了疑案的黑幕,为《红楼梦》研究领域的拨乱反正做出了独特贡献。最近确认,陈方就是陈迩冬与舒芜的化名。他们的辨伪是"文革"受害者与"文革"受益者之间的一场特殊较量,得到了聂绀弩等同事的支持与呼应。聂氏高度赞扬《说梦录》,堪称作者的知音。在弥留之际,舒芜能够对陈方之谜有所交代,体现了尊重历史、实事求是的学术素养。

        摘要：《红楼梦》前五回体现了作者对人类情感的诗性哲思。这种诗性哲思具有深刻的内在联系。开篇以神话故事确定人类情感的本根性,继而以"正邪两赋"说揭示人类情感的形成与作用机制,最后以"意淫"说表达对人类情感的独特理解。在"以情悟道"视阈下,《红楼梦》对人类情感的探究,达到了空前的思想境域。

        摘要：《无字》是一部有多重声音的小说,在叙述上自由地转换叙述的视点,在女性的经验上充分展开,同时又对男性精神世界进行了深入透析,小说致力于呈现生存图景,也致力于对人物精神性格的批判。《无字》力图超越女性性别本位立场的意味很明显,这种努力体现在作品的思想内容上,也体现在作品的叙述形式上。《无字》对性别立场的自觉超越使《无字》不仅成为张洁最好的作品,也使《无字》跻身中国当代优秀的长篇力作之列。

        摘要：The wars of Tang and Tubo in the Inside-Shanhaiguan Roads lasted for nearly a hundred years,which make an important part of the military history of Tang dynasty.However,research focused on military systems and campaigns,the overall analysis of the battle process,campaign strategy,and tactics of the evolution were neglected.Layers defense system of the Tang dynasty in Inside-Shanhaiguan Roads controlled the battle process of Tubo,and so did the irrigation system and the supplies path of Lingzhou.At last,the lack of forage supplies destroyed the campaign strategy of Tubo to separate the land of Tang dynasty.

        摘要：Both university and industry exposure to many risks,face uncertainty during the process of patent licensing,and their licensing strategy decision making has important influence on the effectiveness and efficiency of technology transfer.This paper reveals the key factors which influnce the system evolution and the stability of equilibrium,such as expected innovation income and initial investment cost,and the existance of the optimal allocation of income which is fair to motivate patent licensing.It also makes corresponding suggestions for the university-industry patent licensing.

        摘要：Taking the case of Hefei Binhu newly-developed area and based on the data about the X Community,this article analyzes the current situation and existed problems in the urbanization of land-lost peasants,and the obstacles the peasants encountered in the process of transforming to the citizen.On this basis two ways are made to promote the urbanization of land-lost peasants: material aspects;social and cultural dimensions,two ways for the software and hardware go hand in hand,while highlighting the unique status of the soft aspects.

        摘要：近年来,我国政府制定了一系列就业扶持政策,对促进就业、推动经济发展与促进就业良性互动、维护社会稳定等方面产生了积极的影响。但是,我国的就业政策体系尚不够完善,难以适应未来3至5年更为严峻的就业形势,因此,重新剖析和审视我国就业问题显得格外重要。尤其是在当前金融危机大背景下,结合现阶段我国就业主体以及就业形式的变化,可以认为,发展灵活就业当是目前解决问题的最佳方式。

        摘要：教学交往不同于普通的社会交往,必须具有发展性。发展性的教学交往是师生之间自由民主的交往,同时教师对教学的进程与结果负有重要责任,教师必须立足于学生的"最近发展区"来组织和引领教学交往。教学交往中必然会出现教学冲突,教学冲突是教学交往过程不可避免的一部分。教学冲突即师生之间的对话和敞亮、碰撞和交锋。教师应在教学交往中学习如何引领教学交往,在教学冲突中学习如何管理教学冲突,努力造就发展性的教学交往。

        摘要：To construct a socialist harmonious society needs to change the idea in the institutional construction.The key is through the construction of a socialist country ruled by law providing good rules and system for the harmonious society.There is close correlation between the rule of law and harmonious society,which holds the people-oriented as the dual essence,fairness and justice as the value orientation,restricting power as their core mechanism,interest balance as the goal.Therefore,through the construction of harmonious society to create a favorable environment for advancing law,also through the development of the rule of law to eliminate the influence factors of the harmonious society,we can achieve interactive win-win purpose of the development of law and harmonious society.

        摘要：高校技术转移过程中最核心的问题就是知识产权的保护和管理,我国高校技术转移尚处在初级阶段,知识产权流失现象严重,而国外高校技术转移和知识产权保护运行机制已经非常完善和成熟。我国高校应该借鉴国外高校技术转移的体制和经验,加强技术转移立法建设,建立技术转移和知识产权保护一体化运作机制,完善内部管理制度,以促进知识的转移、转化与利用,推动区域经济发展,提升自主创新能力。
