        摘要：The Prelude and Introduction of 《criticism of plutonomy》 is really the great piece of classical literary theories of Marxism.The materialistic history ideas which show itself in the introduction made literary theories a independent subject of science;the theories on the relationship between the productivity and the relation of production 、economic foundation and superstructure、social consciousness and social being illustrated the social nature and the social functure of literature;the theory about how the arts master the world and the productive system of arts give a profound space for the constructing of literary theories of marxism.The thought that people are the creator of history which is a part of materialistic history ideas of Marxism,is of great importance to the creation and criticism and future of literature and art.

        摘要：文化是软实力的基础,是体现软实力说服作用、渗透作用和吸引力的手段。文化越来越成为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉、越来越成为综合国力竞争的重要因素。在经济文化相互交融的趋势下,文化的竞争强调效率和活力,有效率的提高文化软实力,是时代的要求,更是中国发展的要求。提升文化软实力已经成为新的国家战略,对激发民族凝聚力和创造力、增强综合国力有举足轻重的意义。在借鉴国外经验的基础上,提升中国文化软实力的路径,应该包括:发展文化产业、实施文化走出去战略、转变政府职能、激发文化创造活力等。

        摘要：The essence of ecological city is to maintain harmonious development between human beings and the nature.The cyclic economy is a kind of ecological economy in nature,thus it was considered to be the indispensable leading part to construct ecological city.The "green idea" of cyclic economy includes green system,green production,green technology,green consumption and green value.As the perfect mode of social and economical development,the construction process of ecological city must be led by the scientific and evolutive notion,guided with the idea of green management,secured with the idea of green production,supported by the idea of green technology,driven by the idea of green consumption and pushed by the idea of green accounting.

        摘要：《西藏赋》是清代乾嘉时期著名思想家、文学家和宁任驻藏帮办大臣时所作的一篇描写西藏独特地貌与历史文化的地舆大赋,也是我国古代文学史上唯一的一篇以西藏为题材的赋作。该赋不仅具有较高的历史文献价值与方志学价值,而且具有独特的文学价值与审美价值。但长期以来,学术界对于此赋及其作者和宁缺乏研究,至今尚未看到有关的单篇论文,亦无标点注释本流传。对此,本文不揣浅陋,欲对和宁及其《西藏赋》进行初步简要的论述,以求抛砖引玉。

        摘要：Textual criticism is the important contents and the main form of the theory of Fu.In the periods of Emperors Kangxi and Yongzheng,the theory of Fu showed attention to the tendency of poem Fu because of the emperor’s advocating.At the same time since the identities of creation body and inheriting Fu’s theory of the Yuan and Ming dynasties,it was as well as shown the trend of emphasis on the feeling and strength,and combining prose Fu and poem Fu,all these is given a very clear expression in Fu’s selections.

        摘要：20世纪80年代以降,大陆出身的欧美华人女作家纪实性自我书写文本在海外时有获奖并在国内外大量刊行,跨族裔、跨文化的身份与女性性别视角构成其文化立场、写作策略的特异性。鉴于此种创作现象已形成一定规模,新的文本不断发生,考辨其特异性,总结阐释,适当命名,建构起欧美华人女作家纪实性自我书写创作批评的整体框架,已成为文化批评与文学评论的必然。只有本着把握对象"本真意义"的批评原则,突破意识形态的批评模式,才能对相关误读加以勘正,达到对文本思想意义与艺术蕴涵的深入剖析,对创作现象的客观评述。

        摘要：It is acknowledged that the engraving publication period is from Wudai to Ming and Qing Dynasty.Although the engraving publication is closer to the modern publication than scrip publication,it is still different form the modern publication in five aspects:The new type booksellers arise;the emergence of multiplex publication;Centralized by publisher,new publishing institution was set up which combined editing,printing and sales;Engravers and engraving market can offer the flexible service for the multiplex publication;Sales is still the weakness part during the publishing process.

        摘要：文化创意产业是近年来文化产业与创意产业结合而衍生出的新产业,在我国快速崛起,发展势头迅猛。山东省作为我国的文化大省和经济大省,发展文化创意产业意义深远。山东省的政策支持,特色鲜明且深厚的文化底蕴,雄厚的经济基础都是发展文化创意产业的优势资源;但也存在着产业意识滞后、经济贡献薄弱、区域结构不均衡、科技含量不高、人才匮乏的不足之处。在分析论证的基础上,提出了推进山东省文化创意产业发展的战略选择,立足本省资源,借鉴先进经验,走出一条有特色的文化创意产业发展之路。

        摘要：在刑事和解的司法改革中,来自大众层面的质疑主要集中于对"以钱赎刑"变相合法化的担忧与困扰。刑事和解合法性、正当性的根据首先在于当事人在和解过程及结果达成中自愿性及自主性的实现。刑事和解中影响当事人自愿性、自主性的强制因素有来自于司法机关、律师或者当事人方面的影响,但因强制因素影响力的不同,刑事和解仍存在当事人自愿性、自主性的空间,刑事和解的制度完善重在通过抑制强制、实现自愿的诉讼机制建构,有效防范"以钱赎刑"的现实危险。
