        摘要：he housing is an economic and social issue relating to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.Providing housing for the low incomes is an important content of housing security system and is also an inevitable request for our country to construct a harmonious society.Our country has already initially established the housing security system,which includes affordable house,subsidiary rental house,housing accumulation fund.However there are still many problems and flaws in the executing process of this system.Learning from ovevseas housing security system,the housing security system of China showd include extending the financial channel,increasing effective supplies,strengthening the surveillance,and improving the efficiency in supply,in order to provide the system guarantec of housing for the construction of harmonious society.

        摘要：In the process of urbanization,the management system of Community on the fringe of a city can be roughly divided into five types,namely,the management system of community changed from village,the management system of community reformed by cooperating system,the management system of"village in city",the new community management system and the management system of community merged by exotic enterprises.Different types of community management system have their own operational effects and problems.Thus,the Government Department should make short-term,mid-term and long-term reforming programs,following the principles of"based on reality,treated on distinction,guided on classification,executed in distribution and considering the cost of economy and society,the urbanization process and the subjective and objective conditions,so as to gradually improve the management system of community on the fringe of a city according to the priorities of things.

        摘要：完善的生育保险制度,是妇女平等就业的有力保障。济南市当前的生育保险制度虽为保障妇女权益、促进妇女就业发挥了积极作用,但仍存有不足之处,如资金筹集渠道单一;交费基数及投保方式单调、监管措施不到位;生育保险待遇局限性;生育保险责任单位承担的片面性等。鉴于此,立足济南市现状,借鉴国内外的先进立法实践经验,应采取拓展费用交纳渠道、多种投保方式、提高生育保险待遇、减轻生育妇女所在的用人单位的负担等措施来完善济南市生育保险制度,以促进济南市妇女就业与再就业。

        摘要：he relationship between literature and city is much more close and complex than we have already known.In modern and post-modern literature,the city has become a symbol and a metaphor rather than a place.New York,a bizarre metropolis in the United States,has become the cradle of American urban literature.The most representative literature genre generated and grew up under the New York City culture should be the New York School poetry.Frank O’Hara,as the representative of the New York School poetry,takes the most important position in American post-modern literature poetry.However,we have neglected the colorful city culture in O’Hara’s poem for many years when we study his works,just making research on his poetry writing skills and poetry language.Considering this point,making study on history and culture which affected O’Hara’s creation,especially making a full and deep study on the relationship between New York city culture and O’Hara’s propositions of poetry and the features of his poetry,which will reveal the interactive relationship between the New York School poets and New York,will be of great significance.

        摘要：ang&Song Dynasties were the middle and last critical period of Ode in China.The theoretical achievement of Ode in this period not only was far behind the achievement of Han-Wei&Northern and Southern Dynasties but also didn’t achieve the level of Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties.However,the Testing Ode in the Imperial Examination of Tang&Song Dynasties had its own distinctive features.Firstly,it was the Ontology of Ode,that is,how to write Ode.It was also an aspect of argument on the ancient verse style of Ode.Secondly,it was the relation between Ode and Imperial Examination.There was a continual debate between the Literature Schools and Confucian-classic Schools on the views of the Testing Ode in the Imperial Examination.As the debate going on,it became the Cabal’s Scramble from the literature debate.The relation between Ode and politics became more and more significant.In this paper,I’ll make a brief discussion on these two aspects.

        摘要：All the activities of human have a close relationship to "Thinking"."Thinking" always takes "Image" as its content."Image" is enriched by two important pillars——Observation and Memory——at the beginning.It’s developed by two wings-Association and Imagination（Multiple）——and then operated by two significant thinking-Form and Logic（Binary）-and finally unified by Comprehensive Thinking（Unitary（zero））.Through this,it performs its maximum creativity.The cycle of this process leads Image to the spiral structure of "Multiple,Binary and Unitary（Zero）"to reflect"Image System".As explorating this structure or system,we not only can find its basis in Philosophy and observe its performance in Literature but also can see its destination in Aesthetics.

        摘要：目前,地方政府债务问题已成为中国经济改革和社会发展过程中的压力和掣肘,它在现实中表现为“蜂窝结构”、“一盘散沙”、“暗箱操作”。地方政府债务产生与扩大的深层次原因在于中央政府与地方政府在改变双方间财权与事权分配现状时的“经济人”理性,地方政府作为“双重代理人”对预算与效用最大化的追求以及地方政府在效用最大化追求过程中的设租与寻租行为等。因此,根据地方政府债务的特点以及深层次的形成原因,我们可以探寻到解决地方政府债务问题的有效的对策组合。

        摘要：司法实践中,证人不出庭作证、作伪证的现象比比皆是,已严重降低了证人证言这一证据形式的公信力,在一定程度上也影响了民事诉讼的正常进行。从现行立法的缺陷方面进行分析,并结合对世界上有关国家和地区证人作证制度的比较,来探讨现有法律框架体系中如何完善民事诉讼证人出庭作证的有关规定,可以为“拯救”证人证言这一不可或缺的证据形式做出一定努力。
