        摘要：In process of China’s modernization, the relation between state and society has been benign, but doesn’t change in nature, which still is strong-state and weak-society. In fact, SARS broke through the process. As society doesn’t have self-saving ability and organizational resources, state can involve in society on a large scale. Could the relation between state and society not been destroyed when we deal with the emergent things or social contagion? After SARS, the relation between state and society should be built on the basis of fairness, equality, democracy, freedom and justice.

        摘要：对王统照欧游创作研究可得出与王一川研究王韬1867年游历欧洲论文的不同结论。第一,王统照　　寻求和倡导的是现代化与自然景物的调和之美。他认为荷兰许多地方是实现现代化与自然调和之美的范例。　　说明现代化与自然未必是对立或水火不容的。第二,在异国自然山水草木面前和全球性语境中王统照有两种身　　份。一是世界公民,一是中国游子。如前种身份占上风,则"此我"就是"我"。如后种身份占上风,则"此我非我"。　　第三,在21世纪,全球性语境必然带来更多的全球统一性,未必一定加重主体的内在冲突。从文学到文化,自然　　形象未必一定成为此我与非我、中国与西方、同一性与差异性之间激烈冲突的战场。

        摘要：The Ocean Asia-Pacific Concept is mainly a concept of development, formed on the basis of analyzing and criticizing the Ocean Culture Theory and“Ocean Japan Theory”. It discusses the development of the Asia-Pacific region in the perspective of the symbiosis of mainland and ocean. This concept pays attention to the integration, subjectivity and creativity of the Asia-Pacific region, and lays emphasis on the extroversion, openness, progressiveness and cooperation. It contains the ocean consciousness, ocean exploitation, creating the new acting regime and developmental model of ocean culture. This paper discusses the ocean development dimension of China in participating the development process of the Asia-Pacific region.
