        摘要：Under the action of random exciting displacement, the response of a simple pendulum with large displacement was studied in this paper by means of nonlinear spectral analysis. It is not necessary to have the nonlinear term linearized in this method, so that the errors introduced by linearization can be eliminated. The study indicates that the linearized solution gives reasonable approximation when the displacement being small. When the displacement becomes large enough, the errors introduced by linearization increase significantly. Therefore, the nonlinear effect due to large displacement should be taken into consideration.

        摘要：Generator rotor is a flexible stuff with approximately equal horizontal and vertical stiffness. Its natural frequency falls into two parts when the loads exerted on generator rotor are asymmetrical. Dual resonance phenomenon appears based on the former single frequency vibration. According to the variation of magnetic energy, differential equation of dual resonance was gotten by means of calculus of variation in this paper.

The result indicated that the birds compositions were correspond with the climate From the diversity of three communities, Yellow river forestry centre>Beiyuan>Qianfo hill. From the stability of three communities, Yellow river forestry centre<Beiyuan<Qianfo hill. From the similarity of three communities, the similarity of Qianfo hill and Yellow river forestry centre was greastes.Birds are important component of the nature, they have important function in preserving ecological balance. Therefore, we must protect birds.

        摘要：Cellulase is an inducible enzyme which can be induced by some oligomeric sugars and their derivatives such as lactose, cellobiose and sophorose. According to the research, its synthesis is regulated by induction repression mechanism. In this experiment, we use sophorose as an inducer to improve enzyme activity; Because glucose can repress the expression of cellulase, we can screen glucose resistant strain on the plate which contains glucose.
