        摘要：<正>近年来,校园网建设在高等学府掀起热潮,许多学校都建起了自己的校园网.我校校园网始建于1997年8月,共投资20万元,用于硬件配备和软件开发,完成了有近100个远程用户和20个本地工作站的网络建设.并与济南网声计算机公司合作,开发了基于Internet/Intranet技术的“济南大学政务发布系统”等网络软件系统.目前,校园网一、二工程已经竣工并投入使用.校园网的建成使信息化技术进一步深入到学校的教学、科研、管理等各个领域,为广大师生员工提供了一个先进的计算机和网络环境.

        摘要：A nonlinear HVS operator to detect gray edge was presented in this paper. It’ s more accurate than normal linear edge detect operator when the difference of light intensity in the edge field is small. Further more, in this operator, the theory about HVS edge feeling of bright and dark was conformed to the theory of HVS response function to light intensity-the logarithmic function. The results of several experiments were consistent with the feeling of HVS. And normal linear operator couldn’t successfully detect the edge of the image used in these experiments.

        摘要：The preparation of cellulose water - absorbed resin from cotton was discussed in this article, and the action of the resin in the process of the cement solidification and its effect to the strength of the cement after solidification were inquired into, too. It was proved that adding cellulose water- absorbed resin not only enhanced the preservation of water in the cement, but also improved the strength of the cement.

        摘要：Chromium - base alloys and cobalt - base alloys are of good properties, high hardness, and they are difficult in processing. More ideal parameters are obtained through the experimental research on processing chromium - base alloys by means of the ceramic cutter LT55 and on processing cobalt - base alloys by means of the ceramic cutter SG4. And through increasing the negative front angle of cutters, improving their stress condition subjected to, decreasing cutting thickness, lowering cutting impacting loading, the use life of the cutters is lengthened, thus the problems of processing some parts are solved by means of the ceramic tool, such as cutting the parts which are of high hardness and impacting the parts which are of large loading.
