“In the context of the new era, the integration of sports and leisure characteristic towns with cultural, sports and tourism has become an important way to promote the reshaping of rural spatial structure and the reconstruction of urban-rural spatial order. Through the case analysis of Moganshan Man Sports Town in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, the value relationships of the three main dimensions of "local authenticity expression", "embodied perception", and "integrated productivity" are constructed. The results show that sports and leisure characteristic towns have strong representational value in terms of local characteristics, novelty and stimulation, and public interests, while knowledge, history, and diversity symbols are the key directions for future construction.”
