摘要

全要素生产率及其增长率分别反映了经济增长效率的静态与动态水平

由于学界对全要素生产率增长源泉的认知仍然存在分歧

其中

在要素范畴的选择与度量指标上的不同

是影响全要素生产率增长率测算值差异的基本理论因素。全要素生产率增长率的测算方法总体上可以分为增长核算法和经济计量法两大类

在应用具体测算方法的实证研究中要充分考虑测算方法的约束条件、应用领域、研究目标和所测算经济体的经济增长模式

在此基础上

今后在核算资本存量水平时要分时期和地区测算出固定资本投资价格指数和资本折旧率

以便提高其测算结果的可靠性。

Abstract

The measurement on TFP growth rate mainly includes two class methods

and they are growth accounting and econometric measurement.It is necessary to consider all the influential factors including the preconditions on which the measurement is utilized

its applicable domains

research objectives and the economic growth mode of the one to be measured when applying a specific method in an empirical study.Based on all the above

this paper recommends that it should calculate the capital depreciation rate and the deflator for capital goods in terms of time period and region when it conducts a measurement on the capital stock.
