摘要

"软实力"概念提出以来

受到了学术界的广泛关注。"软实力"这一概念最先提出时

主要用于国际关系层面上分析国家综合国力

"软实力"也仅仅指国家软实力

是一种宏观视野。区域软实力是国家软实力概念在区域竞争与发展层面上的应用与延伸

是软实力的一个衍生概念。但是由于区域软实力是一个新近提出的概念

目前仍处于一种不能准确表述的局面

因此

有必要在梳理国内外不同观点的基础上

以概念的本源为基础

从理论基础、概念内涵和研究方法三个层面构建区域软实力的研究范式。

Abstract

The term of "soft power" has received widespread attention in the academics since it was proposed.When the term of "soft power" was proposed

it was used for the analysis of comprehensive national strength."Soft power" only referred to the soft power of the nation and was a macro-perspective.Regional soft power is the application and extension of the national soft power in the regional competition and a derivative concept of soft power as well.However

the regional soft has not been defined accurately because it is a newly-born concept.Therefore

it is high time that we constructed paradigm research on regional soft power from the levels of theory

connotation and researching methodology basing on domestic and international opinions.
