摘要

儒学与中国现代化的关系问题

一直是儒学研究中未解的难题。儒学似乎为近现代中国承载了过多的重负。其实

儒学在中国近代社会转型中之所以未能成为延续传统的活力源泉

其原因不能只从自身来找

还应着眼于儒学作为一种思想体系

与中国社会制度结构之间的历史交互作用过程。历史上儒学是靠国家的统一、民族的团结来发挥文化整合作用

以便进行文化传承的。改革开放以后

当现代化事业进展到不能不触及制度、精神思想和文化层面的时候

我们就再次遇到儒学转型的问题。我们今天的价值观

连同政治制度和社会

确实需要一次花大气力的整合。整合是中国社会转型的需要

通过整合在实践中重新处理传统与现代的关系

以便纠正以往在"制度变革与思想演变之间的错位"。这已是中国现代化过程中绕不过去的一个关口。而作为中国传统文化主体的儒学文化无疑在社会转型和文化整合中居于无可替代的重要地位。

Abstract

The relation between Confucianism and China modernization has long been considering a unsolvable problem.As mainstream of traditional Chinese culture

Confucianism not only assimilates some theories from Taoism

Legalism and Buddhism

but mingles with new ideologies as well.Confucianism is more than an attachment of social ideology and political system of Feudalism

it is also cultural innovation flourishing in ancient China and cultural force calling for morality in the flow the Chinese history.Confucianism is commonly-existing-social-ethics that took root in the blood

soul and cultural psychology of Chinese.
