It is acknowledged that Hayek is one of representatives of western liberalism with the greatest influence.His theory subversively challenged some social theories which were widely accepted then.What this paper tries to do is

through putting Hayek’s theory under the view of international field

to comb and review Hayek’s theory of the constitution of liberty

in order to disclose the possible limit of his theory and basing on the reflection upon its theoretical basic（its epistemology） to open a theoretical question which is how our nation recognizes its own position under nowadays international order.
