摘要

春秋以前"学在官府"

所有书籍都是官府典籍

清以来学者称之为"官书"。在书籍史上

从原始书籍到汉代以前是漫长的官书时期。官书的重要特征有三:一、不准公众传播;二、作者不署名;三、书无定本。官书三特征决定官书具有与汉以后书籍迥然不同的存在形态与演变规律。官书不准公众传播

就是不准公诸于世

就是不准出版

这对官书具有全面而深刻的影响。作者概不署名

说明官书中不存在著作权问题

说明官书无所谓真与伪

社会上不可能产生汉代以来才有的那种伪作观念。在不准公众传播与作者不署名的共同作用下

致使作品多是无名氏的集体著作

个人著作很难留存后世。无名氏集体著作经过历代修订与整合

到最后公诸于世时

必然成为文献学家所说的"不是一人一时之作"。有官书三特征

必有"不是一人一时之作"。汉代以前

经籍与子书无不深受官书三特征的影响。考察官书三特征

旨在按本来面目认识官书

认识先秦书籍

避免将它们与汉以后书籍等量齐观

混为一谈。

Abstract

In Chinese book history

the period from the primitive books to the Han dynasty can be called government official books era.Government official books have three features.First

prohibit public publishing.Second

the author does not sign.Third

books have no definite versions.Just because these three features

the government official books are very different from the books after the Han dynasty in the book existence and evolution.Prohibit public publishing means the government official books can not be published before the public which affects books mostly.No sign of the author means the idea of Copyright does not exist in that period and the real or fake for the works does not matter.Therefore

the idea of pseudo-book could not be established in the government official books era.No public publishing and no author’s sign make almost all the books are anonymous works and then the personal works are hard to survive.
