摘要

政党权威是保障政治系统稳定和经济社会发展的刚性力量

与当代政治民主之间绝不仅仅是一种简单的此消彼长的关系

两者可以达成一种相互契合的动态平衡。社会转型时期中国共产党因执政过程中暴露出的负面或消极现象使其面临着权威流失的风险

进一步巩固权威的合法性基础则需要包括价值观念体系的适时变更、制度规则的科学修订以及执政业绩考量的人本归宿等在内的若干基本要素。

Abstract

Political authority is the hard power to protect the stability of political systems and development of economy and society.Political authority and political democracy have a mutual support between the balance relationship which is not opposed to each other.There are growing phenomenon on the existence of the political authority loss.We need to consolidate the authority of ruling political party. Possible measures include changing values

revising rules and regulations

making people-oriented assessment for governing performance.
