摘要

理解员工的组织公民行为的动因和探寻有效激发员工组织公民行为表现的措施和机制是组织管理领域一个新的研究方向。整理近年来国内外相关文献

从社会心理学和组织行为学两个视角总结出组织公民行为的诱发机制模型

研究影响组织公民行为的个体和情境两类动因

并提出已有研究的局限和未来研究的建议。

Abstract

With global economy being integrated

organization is confronting competition

which requires employees in organization work in a spontaneous

active

proactive manner.Therefore it is a new direction in studying organizational management to understand motivating factors of organizational citizenship behavior（OCB） and exploring measures to motivate exhibition of OCB by employees effectively.From two perspectives of social psychology and organizational behavior

the main literatures on the study of OCB are reviewed.Furthermore

significant movitating variables whicl influence OCB are recognized and classified

which include individual and situational variables.At last

the limitations of existing studies are analyzed and the further research trends are suggested.
