摘要

禁忌是消极巫术的产物

目的在于避免不希望得到的结果。禁忌渗透于先秦时期生产生活各个领域。禁忌的成因多种多样

都是为了避免招致灾难和惩罚而对人们行为和观念的禁拘与限制。从某种意义上说

禁忌是一种不成文的规范。它虽不是法律制度

也不是道德规范意义上的约束

但它从信仰的角度控制人们的言行

对群体及个人都有制约作用

是一种民间的

自发状态的制约。

Abstract

Taboos are products of wushu which can avoid something unexpected.taboos can be found in all the field of life in the pre-qin dynasty.The reason of taboos are of variety.but their aim are the same:to forbid or restrict people’s behaviour and thoughts.It is not the legal system

nor is it moral norms.But to some extent

they are a kind of special and spontaneous restriction to collectivity and individuals

and their influence people through faith and belief are very stronger than we noticed.
