摘要

建设社会主义和谐社会即是实现整个社会的高度团结与整合。和谐社会的构建必须仰赖于党的基层组织对社会的基层单位——社区的"溶入"和"塑造"

从而在促进社区功能发育的基础上实现社会团结。在和谐社会构建过程中

执政党实现社会有机团结的治理方式和类型需要进行调整和创新。这种调整和变化

无疑极大地凸显出社区党建的地位和意义。在参与构建和谐社会基础的过程中

社区党建有着极大的发展空间

但也面临种种问题和挑战。新时期社区党建不再是简单的党的自我完善

而是如何在新的社会结构和社会关系中

提高党建设和谐社区、构建社会主义和谐社会的能力

实现党对社会的有效整合

拓展党执政的合法性基础。

Abstract

Building up socialist harmonious society means realizing the whole society’s highly solidarity and integration.The construction of the harmonious society must be based on the dissolving and sculpture of the community which is the primary cent of the society in the party’s primary organization

which will realizes the social solidarity on the base of prompting the development of the community’s function.In the process of building up harmonious society

the party-in-power’s ways and styles of governance which are used to realize the social organic solidarity needs to be adjusted and innovated.The status and significance of the construction of the CCP is very obvious in this process.It has much room to improve.And in the same time

it faces many problems and challenge.The nature of it is not only how to perfect the party

but also how to advance the party’s ability of constructing harmonious community and socialist harmonious society in the new time.CCP must do its best to realize the social integration and broaden the legal base of the party-in-power.
