提出以产业集群为指向的区域创新体系建设目标与对策

目的在于推进我国产业集群与区域创新体系的研究与实践

为增强我国区域经济竞争力

应对全球化挑战提供理论指南和决策借鉴。

Abstract

In the regional innovation system the industrial clusters play an importan part .It has been proved that the RIS ususally founded in the region where has many industrial clusters.In this text it will analyze the internal relationship between the industrial clusters and the Regional Innovation system

clearly definite that the industrial cluster is the core position in the RIS

and put forward the target and counterpane with the industrial clusters for direction.The purpose of the text is to push the research and practice between the industrial clusters and the Regional Innovation system in our country

strengthen the competition in the regional economy of our country and provide the policy for the challenge in the whole world.
