摘要

汉代作为伦理制度化的重要时期

将"不忠入律"

严惩官吏的不忠行为

对后世影响深远。由汉代不忠罪之类别

对不忠罪条文和法制实效结合、比对入手

分析汉代"不忠入律"的发展、演变过程

可探讨汉代"不忠入律"的特征以及伦理制度化、制度伦理化的历史流变。

Abstract

Han dynasty was one of the important periods of ethical systematization."Not loyal joined law"

which could chastise the action of "non-loyal"

has great impact on aftertime.By the sort of non-loyal imputation in Han dynasty

starting with the integration and contrast of codex and actual effect of legal system

the author analyses the process of development and evolvement of "not loyal joined law"

discusses the characteristic of "not loyal joined law" in Han dynasty

and the historical transformation of ethical systematization and system ethicatization.
