摘要

X阶标理论（即X′理论）是乔姆斯基TG理论体系中的一个重要理论。拟用X阶标理论对X′结构

即小名词性词组、小动词性词组、小形容词性词组、小副词性词组以及小介词性词组的内部结构做详细分析

旨在展示小词组的句法结构特征及其在解释某些语言现象和歧义结构等方面的实用价值。

Abstract

X-bar theory（or X’ theory） is one of the essential theories adopted in Chomsky’s Transformational Generative Grammar.Through the comprehensive study of the internal structures of small nominal phrases

small verbal phrases

small adjective phrases

small adverbial phrases

and small prepositional phrases

this paper intends to demonstrate the syntactic features and the applications of small phrases in interpreting some linguistic phenomena and ambiguous structures.
