摘要

高等教育供需可分为高等教育的潜在供给和潜在需求、实际供给和实际需求、有效供给和有效需求

供需关系有强平衡型、无效供给型、意愿需求型和弱平衡型;高等教育供需以满足个人和社会的高等教育需求为调节目标

采取提高规模效益、高等教育教学创新、强化高校内部管理、稳定高等教育秩序等调节措施。

Abstract

The supply and demand of higher education can be divided into potential supply and potential demand

actual supply and actual demand

and valid supply and valid demand; and the relation between supply and demand includes different types of strong balance

invalid supply

desire demand

and weak balance. The supply and demand of higher education takes meeting the individual and social demands of higher education as its regulating objective

adopting such regulating measures as improving scale benefit

innovating the teaching of higher education

strengthening the internal administration of colleges and universities

and stabilizing the order of higher education.
