摘要

高等学校肩负着为国家培养高层次人才的使命

高等学校的育人质量如何无疑会影响到国家未来的发展。在天人冲突、人人冲突日益加剧的今天

高等教育必将承担起解决冲突的历史使命。冲突解决的办法是培养科学发展的人才

和谐发展是科学发展人才的重要品质之一。和谐人格将成为高等学校应然的目标追求。

Abstract

To cultivate persons with outstanding ability is the task of colleges and universities

whose educational quality undoubtedly affect development of our country. Under the backgrounds of pricking-up conflict between human-and-nature and man-and-others

higher education will take on the task of settling the conflict. The way is to cultivate scientific persons with ability

whose important character is harmony. Harmony personality is the goal of diathesis education of colleges and universities.
