摘要

济南开埠后

由于城市问题的严重以及社会政治经济的剧烈变动

近代慈善事业逐渐兴起

慈善组织成了救济活动的主力

善款来源渠道多元化

救济方式趋于积极

救济范围则超越本埠

走向全省。慈善事业不仅减少了社会的波动

而且促进了济南的近代转型

也反映出济南还有着一定的自我调节能力。

Abstract

After opened to the world

Jinan had to face serious problems and the radical changes of society

economy and politics

the charity cause rose gradually in modern China. Charity organizations played the leading role of relieving activities

the resources of relieving funds were diversified

the means of aids was active and the relieving range was not limited to local but towards the whole Shandong Province. The charity cause lightened social fluctuation and advanced modern transformation. It indicated that the society could adjust itself to changes in conditions.
