Abstract

Lenin was the inaugurator of socialist construction. He did not only expound the significance of cultural construction but also carried out the basic request to do well in cultural construction. These thoughts reflect the general law about how to construct socialism in the economy-and-culture-backward countries

and have important guiding significance for us to construct socialism with China characteristics.
