With the development of microelectronic technology and NC technique as well as the popularization and applications of microcomputer

the research and application of the technique of microstepping or ministepping drive

which is one of the most important branches of the drive technique of step motor

is becoming more and more important. In this paper

the technique of microstepping drive of power step motor is comprehensively analysed in terms of theory

the running pattern for obtaining the high precise equlity of step angle under the condition of even microstepping is given.
