resulting in the loss of students. Therefore

colleges and universities need reform capital distribution from supply-side. The supply-side reformation in financial field needs to start from top-level design to satisfy efficient supply in financial field. This paper analyzes the necessity of supply-side reformation in financial field of colleges and universities from theoretical level and discusses the useful improvement ways of efficient financial system supply which can help to establish and improve useful and high level system supply and promote sustainable development of financial work in colleges and universities.
