劳动内生动力关乎美好生活的实现,在美好生活的语境下,一定要做到充分调动每个人的劳动内生动力和保护每个人的劳动积极性并重,使每个人都能充满劳动内生动力,共同创造美好生活。同时,还要促进每个人有机会不断地发展自己的劳动能力,只有共同发展,才有可能感受到生活的美好。现实中,往往会出现有劳动能力却缺乏劳动积极性或不愿意提升劳动能力的现象。这表明,劳动内生动力不足表现为两种情况:一种是参与劳动的积极性不足,另一种是自我发展的动力不足。这两种动力不足都会影响美好生活的有效推进。其形成原因很复杂,既有享乐主义等不正确劳动观念的影响,也有其他很多因素。解决这个问题的最佳选择是大力提高劳动的美好性和可享受性,保护劳动者的诚实劳动积极性,提升每个人自我发展劳动能力的愿望,从而提高劳动者齐心共创美好生活的劳动内生动力。这需要从许多方面同时着手,既要在全社会层面彻底贯彻“因劳称义”的普适法则,提高劳动的属人性,也要注重生产力的相对均衡发展以推进各行各业都能有相似的劳动舒适度和劳动解放程度,还要不断完善社会治理以加大劳动道义的维护力度,管理好劳动收入的普遍纳税,全面实现劳动平等以推进阶层流动,普遍改善劳动条件,提升劳动自由自主程度,加强劳动价值的普遍保护,让每个劳动者充满劳动热情,保持个人和全社会劳动价值创造力的可持续。
Endogenous motivation for labor is key to the realization of a better life. With a better life as the main social context
we must fully mobilize everyone’s endogenous motivation for labor and at the same time protect everyone’s enthusiasm for labor
so that all can be full of endogenous motivation for labor and jointly create a better life. At the same time
it is necessary to give everyone the opportunity to continuously develop their ability to work. Only through common development can people feel the beauty of life. In reality
there are often people who have the ability to work but lack the enthusiasm to work or are unwilling to improve their ability to work. This shows that the lack of endogenous motivation for labor is manifested in two situations: one is the lack of enthusiasm for participating in labor
and the other is the lack of motivation for self-development. Both kinds of lack of motivation will affect the effective progress for a better life. The causes are complicated. There is the influence of hedonism and other incorrect views about labor and many other factors. To solve this problem
the best option is to vigorously improve the beauty and joy of labor
protect the honest enthusiasm of workers for labor
and enhance everyone's desire for self-development of ability to work
so as to improve the endogenous motivation of workers to jointly create a better life. To do this there are many aspects to consider at the same time. It is necessary to thoroughly implement the universal law of "justification for labor" for the whole society so that labor is more considered as a part of humanity. It is also important to emphasize the relatively balanced development of productivity so that different sectors can enjoy similar comfort and liberation in labor. Moreover
social governance should be continuously improved to strengthen the maintenance of labor ethics
universal taxation for income of labor should be conducted
labor equality should be fully realized to promote class mobility
working conditions should be universally improved
freedom and autonomy for labor should be improved
and value for labor should be universally protected
so that every worker can be filled with the enthusiasm for labor and individuals and the whole society can sustainably create value from labor.
