Township (sub-district) social workstation

The authors believe that the construction of township (sub-district) social workstations is a new model of backup civil affairs work and social work services with Chinese characteristics in the New Era in case of failure in voluntary service. It must follow the path of integrated development based on the logic of good governance. On recruiting talents in social workstations

we should "generate internally and supplement externally’; on resource integration of social workstation construction

we should "increase sources and reduce expenditure" ; on integrated development of social workstations

we should "combine regulation and integration" on the basis of regulations and systems; and on operation and service mode of social workstations
