摘要

以“五大发展理念”为指导，从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享、有效六个维度构建了我国社会经济高质量发展指标体系，并运用综合指数法对我国2007—2017年30个省市的社会经济高质量发展水平进行综合性评价和差异性分析，从中发现我国各地区在谋求高质量发展中的规律，得出如下结论：一是30个省市在2007—2017年的社会经济高质量发展均取得了一定的成就，但水平依然有高低；二是在区域之间的发展差异仍然客观存在，但呈现逐年缩小的趋势；三是创新是影响高质量发展的重要因素，也是形成区域差异的主要因素。

Abstract

This paper constructs indicator system from innovation

coordination

environmentally friendly

open

share and effectiveness guided by five development principles and takes comprehensive assessment and otherness study of high-quality social and economic development of 30 cities in our country applying synthetical index method. We find out rules in struggling for high-quality social and economic development in different districts. First

30 cities all make achievements in high-quality social and economic development from 2007 to 2017 in different degrees. Then

development difference exists in different district. The gap is narrowing year after year. Thirdly

innovation is an important factor influencing high-quality social and economic development and main factor for the district difference.
